I just don’t see much value there compared to videos with good information or a well thought out storyline! I hope RUclips is not pushing us creators to much into this direction like Instagram..

Maybe but it’s their tradition and we always try to experience as much as we can! It’s probably no more dumb than eating raw fish (sushi)
@@lostcreatorpodcast8063 it's definitely worse than eating sushi. And sure I understand that it's their tradition, but it's not healthy at all. Just because you visit a local tribe doesn't mean you should get involved in everything. Not saying this to criticize, but to caution. I grew up in Africa as well and the majority of people would never do this. Deeply indigenous groups probably, but it's widely looked down on by others because we know better. One wrong ceremony with a goat that has eaten something funky, and we have the next pandemic. I understand your desire for an authentic experience when you travel to such places, but be careful. Really careful. There are so many scary stories of tourists who have done things like this, and died. So many parasites can enter your body. Anyways, just stay safe. And ofcourse Keep up the great work with the podcast regardless!
