Ok I’ll be the one to say it, over $300K ??? 🤯the housing market is absolutely ridiculous nobody AND I MEAN NOBODY is dropping OVER $300K on the regular on these manufactured homes this house was running $175K-$215K MAX 12 months ago let’s be real 🧐 majority of the homes coming out are wayyyy over price, if this labor shortage keeps going there won’t be a truck driver to deliver the dang home anyways..you’ll be waiting 6 months just to receive it 😂 smash that like button on this comment if you agree. Be real.
I wouldn’t pay this price for this home, while nice….not that nice that I have to drop over $300K when you can get bigger and better in other places. Nice, but needs not be too expensive.

One thing I loved was all that counter space,if I had a nice place to do it I want to learn how to roll out biscuits like my grandma did. I liked the wide open floor plan downstairs so the kitchen doesn't look cut off from society! And we measure with hair in Florida too😎
The rest of the home did live up to the kitchen. Love the windows, fireplace and the whole house. This one is a winner. Cullen is adorable. Hold him close Chance. He will grow up way too quickly.
This is a beautiful home. I love the kitchen cabinets and the backlash. The dining area with the trey ceiling and lighting. The windows inside and out are remarkable. The living area with the beautiful fireplace is so special. Then to have that finished upstairs is beautiful. The bedrooms have more than enough room. I like how the bathroom cabinets match the kitchen cabinets The main bathroom is very attractive also. The shower tiles follow the general color of the rest of the home. What a special tour that ended with the Special Cullen with his special gymnastics. Thank you Cullen and thank you Dad. You both are winners!!! Kathy
High Five Cullen!! That was an incredible and amazing circus trick - you might have stolen the show😁😁! Chance - the ceiling treatment in the dining room was something I've never seen before. I really, really liked it. This was an outstanding two story... just needs a garage off of the solid side door, and a basement with steps going down that cubby under the stairs. That is pretty much what I said. This design is very workable. I would prefer the master downstairs with three bedrooms up. I no longer have to worry about being on the same floor as my children. Now to find the right property.

Perfect home! I feel like there could have been a better placement of the stairs which would have made a better use of that loft space upstairs- could make an office or small fourth bedroom. Also think the placement of the half bath was a little odd. Not sure I want people to see that when they first walk in. But, in the scheme of things I could live with it and would love to have this home
Actually when you first walk in the 1/2 bath is off to the right side can't see into it from the door. And if you don't want it visible just close the door.
The drawers are for sponges and scratchers, etc. to clean dishes. But look how those black appliances make the kitchen pop. Some people will put a lighter color which does not look good. Nice job Chance, Thanks! Merry Christmas to you and your family and a Healthy Happy New Year!!

@@franciegwin Modular homes can be put on a basement. Mobile home you cannot. I think Modular is the way to go.
