What i meant is that on the Christmas DLC unknown will send you 3 messages and if you answer correctly one of his response to you is "i want to get to know you more" or something along those lines. And if you answer correctly to all of his text, he will say that his "interesst in you is growing stronger". So the reason why in this ending Unknown is creepy but not straight up threathening is because you managed to create some sort of romantic connection with him, but considering how fucked up in the head he is, it make sense he's acting more like a yandere rather that the sugary sweet marshmallow that Ray is. Unknown is much more manipulative that Ray; so my guess is that if he develops an interest in you he prefers to seduce you rather to straight up tell you "i Like you, be my girlfriend". Hope i cleared myself up :)
I’m not sure if it’s something specific I did that caused him to text me, but I just got texts from him asking for certain info like the location of the event, the time of the event, etc. So basically you have to give him the answers whenever he contacts you-
