    Siouxsie and the Banshees and Alter Images would have been a guaranteed great gig, although I think I'd have a drink in the bar waiting until Classix Nouveaux had finished before seeing the Cure. 'Plague of the punk zombies' seems a bit harsh a headline! Maybe the writer should have covered Positive Noise.
    Surely even in those days it would make sense to have someone watching the tour van, not leaving the keys in it or to only park it inside a locked gate etc. Especially if the vans loaded with all the gear.

    Used to buy it every week along with Sounds, occasionally Melody Maker. Loved looking at the mail order stuff 👍🏻
