Come on Andy my friend I thought you were made of sterner stuff than that with the chillies lol. I made a Thai dish last night for dinner and used two large green chillies and a red chilli all with the seeds in and while it was very spicy it was delicious. I usually have slices of cucumber on a side plate when eating hot chillies just to cool the tongue down. I love really spicy food. When I was 7 yrs old my dad was in the Army and was posted to Malaya (it was called that then not Malaysia) and that is where I found my love for all Asian food. I love it all - Chinese, Thai, Taiwanese, Japanese and Korean. Not fussed on Phillippino or Indonesian as I find they are too sweet for me. There are lots of other cuisines I love too and I cook them all at different times. My favourite is Korean food. I would have been able to eat two crabs that size and the best part for me is picking all the meat out, hubby hates it lol. Hugs, Michelle
@@Andysfishing Of course Andy you are right but I was only joking with you. There are some types of chillies that I would never put near my body let alone my mouth and I am not afraid to say that out loud lol.
