Do you know Daniel Arms from Arms Family Homestead? He raised a steer named Big Mac. When I saw the title of this video, I thought maybe you were cooking part of Big Mac, the steer. But, your reference to Big Mac must be to McDonald's Big Mac. It's been over 20 years since I've eaten at McDonalds, let alone eat a burger. But, this looks good. Your family enjoyed it, I'm sure.
