Finally, a Batman and Robin interview where the actors actually try to justify this movie.

This movie is incredible, I love the cartoon feel that doesn't take itself too seriously. They knew they were being over-the-top, and they went all in!

Its a fun movie. Everyone was fighting to play those parts, so its not like anyone looked at this as anything other than an opportunity.

As a continuation of what started with Batman 1989 its aweful and probably the most insulting comic film ever made. However if you separate Joel's films from Burtons and see this as just a sequel to Batman Forever then its a good fun live action cartoon Batman movie.

The fact that this was just 2 years before The Matrix is unbelievable.

if I understand correctly, since I am an Italian fan, Clooney himself shot the initial scene where he is sliding on the dinosaur, really interesting, having said that Batman and Robin, almost thirty years later, remains an action-packed film, with a cgi that still holds up today and despite having some flaws, I consider it a fun, dynamic film that could perfectly have had a sequel, more serious, darker, as Schumacher wanted to do, but that's fine anyway, Batman and Robin is a commercial film, which has its pros.

I can't believe Arnold actually said this was the best script he'd ever written. Why's that, Arnold? Did you write your own dialogue?

Can't believe the actors try to justify this garbage dump needs too be thrown out and never spoken about again.

Don't watch it like a Nolan batman movie, watch it like it's a comedic play.. It's astounding.

As a sequel to the Burton verse that started in 1989 its one of the worst comic films ever. However if you separate Joel's films from Burtons then this is the logical extension of Batman Forever and a harmless somewhat fun camp live action cartoon.

My teenage self would agree with you, but watching now as an adult.. They knew they were being cheesy and they went all in, it's perfect.
