I just smelled this for the first time. I’m not a huge fan of the opening, however the dry down is pretty lovely. And it has longevity and the sillage is pretty good. It smells like an orange vanilla creamsicle with spices 👀

If you had to compare this to another popular fragrance what would you compare it to. I'm not a huge fan of powdery scents, but it doesn't sound too bad.

Thia video was so interested to me as i heard a lot about it and got so excited and after smelling it i understood why some did not understand the hype of it...so do i...though as you mentioned it is nice and "for you only"...and i do like Frederic Malle a lot...but i don't think it is his best like i don't get that hype and i assure you (i am super Ok with daring fragrances) i tried the night, the moon (which both i think are more daring because of the strong OUD), the Dawn, portrait of a lady, promise, french lover, cuir rose till now...and i like Portrait of a lady the most🤷 I haven't smell the Guess pour home and the other Blue xerjof i guess...i own Dior Parfum (my love) but i would rather invest in Grand Soir instead...(Grand Soir is something that lets love your and get passionate of your self...it draws a smile on my face...you know what..i wear it to work😆)
If you haven't tried POAL or Promise, you are seriously missing out. I've been legit obsessing over those 2 for the past 2 weeks. Couldn't really get into MR... got a pretty "powdery feminine" vibe that didn't work for me. I was highly let down too bc I had an opportunity to buy a new 100ml bottle for the cheap

just blind bought this before watching this video, and I'll be damned it smells like black oud by cigar ,100 ml for 20 bucks I picked up on Amazon or ebay a while ago, so not only was it redundant, but overpriced as well
idk if its the reformulation or that its from a smaller atomizer but to me it was more... longevity vs sillage. That's just me. I heard the old versions are crazy.
@@TroyD247Mall I think batches vary. I bought a sample from frederic malle official website 3 months ago which was okay and smoth blend of vanilla pepper and resin. But about 2 months ago I bought an old batch 100ml bottle and its heavy on resin and black peppers and light on vanilla.
Nice video I remember when this juice first came out years ago early 2000 ‘s ! This was a beast mode fragrance and it was sold exclusively through only Barney’s which recently closed ! But don’t get me wrong it has lost some of its potentness through reforminalation ! It’s still a master piece but not what it use to be you couldn’t nitvwear this juice in the sumner time it would choke u out and others around u !

The urine note comes from the cloves. The musk note has the candle waxy vibe and the vanilla sweetens it up.

It does have the urine smell. That was the first thing I thought when I smelled it for the first time.
I like the first notes and early dry down but after 2 hours it became a powdery skin scent and lost it's edge

Dont underestimate the sprays. Its doesnt project heavy but if you over spray I will be cloying.
