Hey I'm Lebanese... I'm fascinated with Irish music/dance and culture. But to have a better dance off it should be a Dabke (folklore lebanese and arabic dance that differs in each arabic country) vs the Irish dance.
I think they are both beautiful cultures and therefore beautiful dances I’m Latina so in my opinion Arabic will have more flavor if that makes sense but Irish still such a beautiful dance

You're supposed to keep your arms very straight by your sides in traditional irish dance but I'm guessing this is kind of a spin off seeing as the arabic dancing doesn't look that authentic either

If you look at the traditional folk styles, like Irish Sean Nos and even today's Arabic Dabke you will see a lot more similarity.
