no you need to have the persona first otherwise you cant use the set

yes you will have. that's the same as invoker. you will have free persona.

hello community, does anyone know if u trade up for tier 3 u get 1b1 or random ? i got the pudge set but i want the wisp one and i dont wanna invest money or time if theres a random chamce to get pudge again

@@oslonorway434 as ive noticed in the game, the pudge set went off like tier 1 items, i am assuming that you can get WISP or (IO) set 100%

@@sadeghianarash8160 off someone replied on my comment from other post saying that he got 2(and assuming no pudge so far). Also he got identical sets from 12 chest opening so far so I think rewards are repeated sadly.
