Totally worth it!! And if you are going to do something similar with your space theme I know you can do it too! Stars are so easy because their pretty random so it's hard to mess it up 🙌
The constellations turned out phenomenal! You are truly an artist! What a great idea for a nursery. Not something he'll grow out of quickly. I think you'll be fine with the dresser on the wall by the chair. If you use the other wall you can always fill in with a large plant. Great job!
Thank you so much! My husband actually picked out the theme, he had a space room when he was growing up that he loved. So it meant a lot to him that we were making our son's nursery space themed too ☺️
The Nursery came out great I think you should get a dark blue rocker and let your daughter keep the one she has in her room the dresser would look better on the longer wall not next to the crib your have more room it looks so cute can’t wait to see what you do on the next one!
Thank you so much for your advice! I like to keep my eyes out on Facebook marketplace for used furniture first before getting new things, right now there aren't any dark blue rockers. But I'm crossing my fingers one will show up! If not I might cave and get a new one.
Where is the link to the constellations projection? I’m looking to do this in our son’s nursery as well. Also did you truly paint on the other stars or did you draw them on with a sharpie?
Man, I can't believe I forgot to link those! I had done a Google search for the constellations and found one I liked. I'm pretty sure it's the first one on this website: www.go-astronomy.com/constellations.htm I used that picture on the block poster website so that I could put smaller parts of it into my projector. I had to put it on multiple pieces of paper because my projector only did a small area at a time: www.blockposters.com/ These are the paint pens I used. I only needed maybe 2 or 3 of them. They are the only thing I used for the white stars. amzn.to/47S2BDj

Oh my gosh that idea with the trash bag is genius.
I learned it from my Mom who always did it when I was growing up. It's definitely a great painting hack!!
