Loved this...yea being a constant learner you do get to self reforming path...but at the stage i am ...i feel let me get to even the wrong one to that level first😂... Very interesting piece.. The thing is each video i see from you i feel like trying, and now i have watched three 😅... But i wanna give it a shot
I haven’t looked. I don’t profess to be a professional art teacher. My videos explain how I think when I draw, and then how my drawing flows from that. On smaller drawings I’m more likely to draw the outside first and fit the detail in afterwards, but on larger scale drawings as I do for RUclips videos I find this method is more accurate for me. In the end, we all get to choose whatever method works best for our own drawing. 😀
I use Copic Multiliners for the line work, and Copic Sketchmarkers for the tone, using the brush end, not the chisel end. I use Neutral Grey colour for the tone, usually 4-6 tones each drawing. The markers are refillable and the pens can have their ink cartridges and nibs replaced. I mostly desaturate the colour when I post to make the tone look more even. The strips to measure angles etc are just cardboard I’ve cut off old folders. 😀
i want to go into architecture and right now i need to sort out my portfolio. do you have any tips that i could use to make a portfolio about architecture?
I’m not an architect and have never studied it, so my advice is to contact whichever institution you are hoping to study at and ask them what their requirements and recommendations are for such a portfolio. That way you can most helpfully focused as you assemble it. All the best with it. 😀
Thank you, and great news! Welcome aboard. I post my references onto my channel Community Page if you want to have a go drawing them yourself. All the best with your drawing. 😀

This video gave me motivation and inspiration to do better.. thank you ❤️ someday i can do arts like that
That wonderful to hear Arkreii. Determination and a bit of confidence are great contributors to a good drawing. 👏
I love that you showed that you make mistakes to the point where you will have to start over.
Mistakes are part of everyone’s learning process. It’s important we can all see that, not just highly edited perfection. 😀
man this account is so underrated!! keep up
Thank you for sharing the skill, it helps me a lot
Glad to help. 😀
"We tend to make the same mistakes over and over again." Story of my architectural sketching hobby. Great video. Thank you.
I think we all know this Dennis. 😀
Thank you for this video. Looking forward for more advenced videos from you.
Appreciate that. Thanks. 😀

You’re all set to start. Have fun!😀
Are there masters of the art of using just your eye to measure distances so you can draw very accurately without using any guidelines?

I hope to learn English to learn by understanding what you are saying, but I think I will just follow the steps
Whatever works for you. 😀
What a good level you are a proo
Thanks. That’s very kind 😀
Just curious but what type of paper are you drawing on? Is it a 300 or 400 series?
210 gsm drawing cartridge
Please tell us the pointer and markers that you used.

You diving straight in with the pen scares me.
It scares me too, every time. But the first lines are the hardest. As the drawing emerges it gets easier and faster. Don’t be shy, keep at it 😀
Beautiful drawing +1sub
