We are getting in the Christmas spirit today with the book Christmas in the Big Woods, part of the My First Little House Books series by Laura Ingalls Wilder, read aloud for kids here at the Story Harbor! My First Little House Books are a wonderful adaptation of the original Little House on the Prairie series made especially for young readers. They are perfect read aloud books for preschool, kindergarten and elementary aged children. They also make fantastic bedtime stories.
Here at the Story Harbor we are dedicated to reading books aloud for kids that will enliven their imaginations and spark a love of reading and learning. We aim to be a place for young readers to improve their reading and listening skills and develop a love of books from the very start. Reading aloud for kids helps to improve their vocabulary, strengthen their listening and speaking skills and lengthen their attention span.
