Also instead of probiotics fruit and oatmeal will get it going and regulated. Apples oranges banana etc. And organic oats you'll be pooping like an Olympic champ.

Kinda feel like I know you lol this is my 3rd pregnancy, I have a 13 year old daughter and an 11 year old son and so much has changed since my last pregnancy over a decade ago. My baby has been exposed to antibiotics for 6 weeks now and will be.. sadly, for the rest of this pregnancy. :( i am taking probiotics constantly. I am on long term antibiotic treatment and i hate every minute of exposing my unborn baby to them. but they would be in more danger if i wasn't on them :(
Then you’re 1000% doing the right thing for your baby! Love bug has probiotics to give to your baby once they arrive too! No guilt mama’! All decisions come with pros and cons and it sounds like you’re doing the right thing for your babe ❤️❤️
