ডাকাতরা মিটিং করছে কিভাবে ডাকাতি করে ধরা না খাওয়া যায়
সব শিয়াল একজোট হয়েছে
% শিউর থাকতে পারেন,এই মিটিংয়ে জনগণের কোন লাভ হবে না, মাঝখানে যারা অন্যায় করত তারা আর একটু সচেতন হলো,
অপরিকল্পিত প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা!!
এই সভার মোট খরচ কতো? সম্মানী আর আপ্যায়ন বাবদ খরচ কতো? যতোনটাকা খরচ হলো তার সম পরিমাণ জনকল্যাণ হলো কি না?
আলোচনা হয় ইতিবাচক কিন্তু ফলাফল কেন হয় নেতিবাচক?আলোচনা নয় ফলাফল ইতিবাচক হোক, একজন সামান্য নাগরিক হিসেবে এটাই চাই।
অধীনস্থ কোন্ অফিস জনগণের সেবা তো দুরের কথা, ভোগান্তি আরোও বেশি হয়েছে । জনগণের উপকারের কোন অফিস নাই ।
দুর্নীতির লাগাম টানতে গোয়েন্দা সংস্থা এবং সাংবাদিকদের অবাধ রিপোর্টিং করার অধিকার অবারিত করতে হবে।
এই মিটিং এর কোন কাজেই আসবে না। দুর্নীতিও বন্ধ হবেনা।
আমলাদের ক্ষমতা খর্ব করতে হবে
সীদ্ধান্ত হল দুর্নীতিতে আরও সতর্ক হতে হবে আর যেখানে সেখানে ছাগল কেনা যাবে না।
সকল সচিবদের বাৎসরিক সম্পদ বিবরণী প্রদানের কোনো নির্দেশনা দেয়া হলো কিনা? জনগন জানতে চায়।
We have seen a lot of secretaries (83 nos.) for such a small country of south east asian region. So the cabinet council may reconsider seriously whether we need such a big gigantic luxury secretariate of 83 persons. We know that it will be easy by the concern ministries to control centrally the whole affairs of the country by a small group of secretaries who are sincere,meritorious,dedicated,administrative secrete track records are good and above all they were honest from top to bottom of their BCS life. মন্ত্রী পরিষদ সচিব কে আমার একজন কলেজ শিক্ষক গপিনাথ দও স্যারের মতো দেখতে স্যারের হাসি টা খুব সুন্দর হেসে হেসে কথা বলে স্যার।

বাংলাদেশের মোট কতজন সচিব রয়েছেন। সাংবাদিকদের এই সংখ্যাটি উল্লেখ্য করা উচিত ছিল। প্রত্যয় অবসরকালীন সেবা সরকারি এবং সামরিক বাহিনীর জন্য প্রয়োগের জন্য আহ্বান জানালো হলো।
