Well, my cousin has a severe cognitive impairment and I just know growing up with her what I’ve experienced and seen. I am in no way shape or form saying that everybody. It just reminds me of that. I’ve not met many women that are. This all sounds off to us because Gypsy has a victim mentality. However, it's pretty difficult for us to find 1 fact that she has truly been a victim. I'm tired of her complaining. I'm tired of her trying to reach recognition for this "victimhood." She believes in her own moral superiority. When she pounds it home, insisting Deedee was terrible to her & her diseases were "fake", all those who disagree with her or have different views even having questions are wrong. The way she drags Ryan, that's a huge lack of empathy & pain & suffering of others. This book is Gypsy externalizing responsibility by seeing herself as a passive recipient of negative events. This self-pity, dwelling on perceived misfortunes, & feeling sorry for herself will get her NOWHERE!! She cherry-picked parts of real events & put a spin on it to be one of those ppl who've been rescued from kidnappers or bad parents. She doesn't fit in the category of Jaycee Dugard or the Turpin kids but is trying with all her might! She is doing everything to make herself appear as one of those survivors. I'm not buying it. I'm not saying this to be mean or harsh, her book is bad, & her book is gross. It's really troubling to hear this girl speak of red menstrual 🩸in pull-up diapers & her perverted thoughts & actions she sees as normal behavior. No one needs or wants to hear those nasty, vulgar thoughts in the deep dark corners of her mind. I hope this book puts her to rest & makes her stop trying to sway ppl into believing her lies. There is No EXCUSE good enough for what she chose to do!

As much as I love my cousin dearly, she was just very inappropriate in ways that she couldn’t help or understand herself. I am in no way shape or form saying this about anybody else is just my own experience and gypsy Rose just reminds me so much of that. As much as she wants to say it’s all her mom’s fault her mom has not been here for 10 years and she’s still exactly the same if not worse and she’s still making the same kind of negative impulsive life choices. The sad part is that does affect a child when you decide to bring a child into the world. 🙏🏻❤️

I am below average, and I have 2 kids, I can be 15 someday’s, but I’m not obsessed with sex and never have been, so I guess it depends what you’re Illnesses are.
Well, my cousin has a severe cognitive impairment and I just know growing up with her what I’ve experienced and seen. I am in no way shape or form saying that everybody. It just reminds me of that. I’ve not met many women that are. Hyper sexualized in that kind of way but it’s not just that it’s just unrealistic very childlike fantasy of what sex and babies and relationship relationships and family is. It’s almost like it’s being mimicked from TV.
She’s very much verbal too.

Mostly 40+ years was always protecting her from herself. Mostly just really impulsive things that she felt was her right and want but not being safe. It’s hard because people do have the right to make choices and to their own freedom, but to a certain degree there is an obligation also as a guardian and caregiver.
@@StraightOutOfContextWithBarbie They are all grown up now, I had to have a lot of help and yes I had resources, my family helped me, and I have an amazing partner, we had one child and one was with my abuser, but I made sure he was never around, I knew what I had to do, I had ppl come in and help me, because i was trying to get through the fact I was abused. He kicked me in the stomach when I was eight months pregnant with Carter and Carter turns 20 tomorrow. I don’t think gypsy can put her children in front or before any man I think the men will always come first and she wants to come first. She will be extremely jealous when the babies getting all the attention children are hard work. When they sleep, you need to do their laundry and get their bottles ready and you can try to get in a nap or a shower. It’s not all fun and games. It’s not like it’s a doll. I don’t think gypsy realizes this. I pray that the child is happy and healthy, and has a safe home. I was never hyper sexual though. I think it’s because I was sexually physically emotionally abused so sex became gross to me, all most like it was bad, I know it may sound strange. I didn’t know how to hug even he stripped all of that away from me with counselling and stuff like that I got it back you know, but it was a struggle and gypsy said she was raped just sitting here, crying, thinking if you were raped, you wouldn’t, wanna just put it out there or maybe she does I don’t know but I know as a person. I dont think you can understand a controlling mother, unless you had one.. I was loyal to fault to my VERY abusive mother.. @kaysmith4016 she was tought this behavior, and had she gotten let of prison and into a normal life instead of fame, she could of changed that behavior. Unfortunately the world did the same thing her mother did, put her on a pedestal and never made her get actual help ..
