Hey Jeff, awesome job landing these relatively high profile jobs! If you have a second, you mentioned having your masters in 2 states which I’m guessing you took the Montana test recently…my administrator test is in a week and and a half (can’t take the masters for 9 months, here in WA I have to be a JW for 4 years first), do you recommend anything specific for test prep? Thanks man, keep the content coming

Thanks for reaching out. First don't sweat it. Most people take 2 tries and that's ok because you will know what to expect. But experience and a good pre test helps. I used Tests.com. Love that site! BTW California only has Journeyman so Master in MT and Journeyman in CA, but it's tamato tamato right. Cards are just paper. EXPERIANCE and COMMON SENSE! Good luck, I have coaching cleints in WA it's rough out there!

That is $2,500 a square foot!...that is crazy expensive!!...In Texas most construction projects runs from $250 to $500 per square foot with the $500 being on the high end. On commercial project such as offices and malls they run around $350 per suare foot. Thanks for the video Mr. 360!!

Yeah property alone was 2.9 million! I got 5 beach houses signed up in the last 5 months. I guess it's true the Rich get Richer! Glad I can get some of that...lol
