I grew up with these guys in the East Knoxville music scene. Used to trade out shows and just do general debauchery with them and they were and still are some of the most down to earth guys. But one thing I do remember was one night at a party at my house right when the band had formed, they brought over a little known guy named Phil Bozeman over, and while we were all hooping and hollering, there he sat in silence for HOURS looking into space. We were all like wtff except for the guys in the band. The rest is history.
