Amazon! I can’t remember exactly which pair. Almost all my lashes come from Amazon though. The blue pigment is LA Girl & can be found on Amazon or ulta

Pressed powder before or after whatever setting powder you use! Make sure it’s not too light

Absolutely! At least moisturizer before. Or your makeup can look cakey, dry, patchy, etc. The skincare soaks into the skin & the makeup sits on top. It helps it all become one.
I don't have the patience to learn how to do any of this, but I also can't afford to pay someone
