Hi K, looking at this video again, I agree with your talking about hair and the inner woman. That there are facets of ourselves we keep hidden or go unexpressed, and hair is a way to signal or even unlock those potentialities. I have had confidence to try new things, and it is not just that I hve confidence in my hair; it is that by wearing hair, I am more in the driver's seat. Thanks again ... :*
Yes I do know what you mean and agree. It feels really great, and exciting to be able to match the hair to the mood, the occasion and the outfit. It’s wonderful. I’m so excited about creating a winter white outfit in the colder months with this ashy hair xx
Jane, I agree. I was actually blown away by what I received from Wig She...so much better than I expected. And the colour was more silvery than I expected too, but it turned out very well. I really love this look on my skin tone. I'm so glad you like it xx
It’s the first time I’ve tried such a silvery light colour. I wore it again earlier in the week and loved it. It’s a good one to have when you need a lighter colour, specially in the summer x
It's lovely to think of you watching from all the way over there. She surprised me with her vibrant colour. I just adore the silver halo she has in the sun..I'm in love. It's quite nice to spend some time beguiling lol
Beautiful! Wear this every day (I'm kidding, but, really you could!) The wave created so much beauty and it is a mane of hair, kind of a coastal look, It could be elegant up or glamorous or beachy sporty... this one is wonderful for sure.
I totally agree. You saw her when I first got her out of the box...really not that exciting. Initially I was even a bit concerned that the colour would drain me out. But, when I got my make up on and started playing with the styling, it just sprang to life in a very dramatic way. I hope to get as much out of her as I can xx
@@lifeandhair This one seems like a color and style breakthrough... but honestly so did Seville! You are right about hair opening up possibilities. I think I have a bit more confidence now in social situations. Even if I am just standing there not saying anything my hair speaks. :)
@@wiseduppetridish Oh, yes, the hair certainly speaks. I wore Reese for the first time to the office today as we had a team meeting...she definitely 'spoke' x Also, I think you've used just the right word here...'breakthrough'. I was groping for it.
Gosh, that wig is stunning. You look beautiful, It suits you so well. I just called my hubby in to look at you and he couldn't believe it was a wig and also said how much it suits you. I do want to try a wig myself, my hair has gone so thin on the top partly menopause and partly under active thyroid. Sorry I'm a bit late answering this but you did ask if I was in the UK or USA, I'm in good old blighty! I just love your passion and enthusiasm, it is truly contagious. Have a good week, very best wishes Angela🌺
Oh wow, Angela, you're in the UK! Brilliant! I don't know about you but I literally don't know anyone else who wears wigs in my life. I feel like a lone voice out here lol. I wonder if you feel worried about buying your first style, have you thought of toppers? If your hair loss is in the early stages that might be more convenient. It's amazing to think your husband approves of my new colour and style...he sounds supportive, which always helps 😊Steve has been such a support to me over these last few years, he's never made me feel bad or self-conscious. They're alright, our men, aren't they! Anyway it would be lovely to see if you do decide to take the plunge...I do have an email address on here, if you're willing to share a picture. You take care and hope to hear from you again soon xxx big hugs!
The wig you open this video with makes me think of Jane Seymore (Somewhere in Time). How perfect for you!!! The Remi hair is equally as beautiful ~ Another wonderful chapter in your book 💓
@lifeandhair I am a hopeless romantic and this is a most beautiful movie I will never forget. Everything about it ~ the characters, the music, just everything is unforgettable. Have a great day xx
Oh what a beautiful color this ash is! I think you look marvellous in her and together paired with the silver jewellery..... just beautiful! Loved her in an updo. On another note, men in general are clueless whether you are wearing hair or not😂 Women are our worse critics, they look more into detail etc. Well, it's a good thing anyway, about the men lol😊
Hi Molly! Yes, I loved to silvery tones too..just so dreamy and glam...uh, I love it. And, yes, women seem to have a keen eye, don't they. Whereas men just sort of take in the whole look without focussing on any one part. To be honest, Steve has proved to be my biggest support since I started this journey, he also seems to have a deeper understanding of the issues and emotions involved than I ever thought he would. He's been so sensitive about it. I often wonder what my life would have been like without these wigs and toppers. I believe it would have been a calamity! Do you have a man in your life, if so how does he respond?
@@lifeandhair yes, he supports me all the way, says it's the best decision I've ever made and like Steve, he fully understands and realises how many poor women are suffering with this dilemma. I agree that men look at the whole package and are very visual creatures. We are blessed, haha to have them. Lots of hugs to you, this piece is very realistic and you look great.🤍
Yes, sweetie, you did spell it right 😊 She was a big surprise to me, the colour was almost silver in some light, I had never worn such a light colour before and it look luminous! I just fell in love..I just think it's so amazingly glam Jean. I'm at a loss for words... So lovely to hear back from you...and I hope you're still rocking those Wild Card styles 😉
You look Beautiful in this wig. The color is gorgeous. I 💕 Love "ash" colors in wigs. I love when the ash compliments 2 or 3 other "demure", or barely there colors. You make great choices in wigs. ❣️❣️ Love your videos. I wish there was a new one every single day about 90 minutes long..... Love them. ❣️❣️
@@bernadettekukowski275 😂😂😅 hahaha, yes, that would be a full time job!! Just out of interest is there anything you would like me to do more of, that you would enjoy, others than the wig reviews?
@@lifeandhair I personally Love the wig reviews, but the GRWM, and hauls from different stores, or TEMU are interesting too. But I think the wigs are my favorite. I love seeing you try something new, and the before and after. I can just see the happiness, and the confidence that wigs bring to you. I think that's the most satisfying. ❣️❣️
Well, once again you have cracked it. Seems whatever colour or style! I don’t think I suit such an ashy colour but maybe blond highlights? Never tried a remy hair wig before but who knows, if the bonds come up, lol xx
Linda, that's exactly what I thought I first got her out of the box. I thought she would wash me out! But once my make up was on and I'd accessorised etc she turned out so much better than I thought. I hear what you're saying about bonds ☺It may worth keeping in mind that real hair lasts so much longer than synthetic - if you divide the price over 24 months then it's not so bad. Also that there is 10% off at the moment using the code the company offered. I do know what you mean though, it's such a bigger price compared to others 🤔
Are they British or American. I tend to shy away from American orders if you have to pay tax on it. Your right re prices, a lot of synthetic wigs are more expensive.
@@LindaSiggs I may be wrong as it is not clear due to them being an online company only, but I think they are registered in Hong Kong and ship to America and Europe. All the pieces are made to order and take several months to be delivered but once dispatched it takes about a week for them to arrive with the customer x
Yes, Jane, these remy human hair wigs aren't cheap, but I think they last. I looked closely at this wig and I must say the hairs look very fine and soft. Mind you, when I think of the amount of less expensive synthetics I've bought over the years that have only lasted a few months before getting all dry and clumpy and there hasn't been much I could do to revive them that wasn't just temporary. Wigs are expensive in general it seems..I must do a review of a real hair wig I bought on TEMU 😑
@@lifeandhair that would be a great review if Temu wigs! Not sure if you have Walmart there but, Walmart sells wigs on line as well- who knew?! I wear pixies so haven’t really had the problems that friction can cause and the need for untangling. But, I buy so many looking for “the right” one that I have more money in the synthetics than this one would cost.
