@@grossi46 You can mirror your screen and get video/youtube playing on the screen. I am planning on making a video specifically showing the video playback capabilities.
Mine wouldnt pair with my phone, bluetooth connected but nothing appeared on the screen so couldnt use android auto , could only use screen mirroring which is pointless. Tried a type c usb cable with a splitter as there is only one type c socket on the screen but still didnt work

What is the resolution of this? 720p or 1080p or other?
The manufacturer lists this as 1920 x 1080 capable screen. So yes it is a 1080p.
