-My favorite part is no close by neighbors which is rare for Brentwood. -No garage is just crazy especially since there is room for a garage. -There isn't really a Wow factor putting apart from other hoses on the hill except for the no neighbor part I mentioned. -Where is the elevator? How is grandma suppose to visit? -It needed something special like a night club in the basement, or secret panic room something to set aside. -I don't want to get sunburned in my shower that's a little too much light coming in the shower.

No garage, not a single piece of usable flat land except for your motorcourt, c tier views at best since you are the last home on the street and furthest away from the city, hills restrict view of century city, downtown or the ocean. Big pivoting door will need constant adjustment, foyer has no wow moment when entering, privacy in the "back yard" terrace is so-so since you see some other houses and they see you, although most are at lower elevation at least. Boom, now you don't even need to watch this video. Or wait for Arwin Hadad. You already know.
Exactly! Don’t forget the long, narrow hallways , small kitchen with only 1 island, and wasted space of multiple sitting areas/living rooms. Oh and the unfinished downstairs “spa” area and small gym.

No garage, not a single piece of usable flat land except for your motorcourt, c tier views at best since you are the last home on the street and furthest away from the city, hills restrict view of century city, downtown or the ocean. Big pivoting door will need constant adjustment, foyer has no wow moment when entering, privacy in the "back yard" terrace is so-so since you see some other houses and they see you, although most are at lower elevation at least.

Bathrooms on the ground floor do not match the rest of the house, no chef's kitchen, too many hallways, outdoor kitchen in the wrong place.

Exactly! Don’t forget the long, narrow hallways , small kitchen with only 1 island, and wasted space of multiple sitting areas/living rooms. Oh and the unfinished downstairs “spa” area and small gym.

This home reminds me of the modern version of the original home that was located at 944 airole way. It was shame that home was destroyed.

Unfortunately, Mikey has passed away. The situation has been pretty hush-hush due to a criminal aspect regarding his death, and this is why Enes hasn't been able to speak on it. I'm sad to say this but Mikey has moved on to another life. I hope this helps to clear things up for most of you.

Not that I do projects for multimillion high level extravagant houses - but still.
