hyunjin has always been called as "prince", since his days in school, so the members and fans also started to call him like that, but there are many fans who also call him "king", hyunjin has become such a relevant idol of his generation (the most popular among male idols) which both the media and fans have given him different titles.

Felix was very self-conscious about his freckles, and the Korean beauty standards BS amplified that because they were treated as a significant flaw that needed to be hidden. That's why it's meaningful to find some of the early footage when fans were increasingly encouraging and reassuring him, and he started wiping off the concealing makeup in front of fans -- like, just taking his sleeve and wiping his face right there. It felt like what it kind of was: an act of rebellion and self-acceptance.
Yes, Felix and Chan both came to Korea on their own and moved directly into the dorms. In Felix's case, he had the additional issue of his lack of Korean (Chan's wasn't perfect either -- he's mentioned that he had trouble -- but it was definitely at a much more functional level than Felix's, which was basically nonexistent), as well as the fact that his family was _not_ about his decision to leave Australia and move to Korea by himself at age 16 to pursue show business. They've definitely come around now; his mom is openly proud of him and loves to praise him on socmed. But in the early days, he was literally a kid living in a foreign land and leaning on the other members for comfort and support while knowing that his parents did _not_ want him to be there and were not supportive of his choice.
Felix and Chan ending up together was coincidence. SKZ didn't exist yet; Felix was just another trainee showing up at the dorms. Chan clocked him quickly, of course, and he was only there for a few months before SKZ was formed and the survival test began. But Chan was also just a random trainee at the time, not someone Felix showed up in Korean knowing about.
Felix was already a dancer, as well as a beatboxer and rapper and general performer. Like Hyunjin, he was originally scouted by JYP (staff saw some of his footage online and contacted him), and then he auditioned with his extant performance skills (whereas Hyunjin was scouted and accepted based on his looks and then went to SOPA and trained hard for several years to develop performance skills), was accepted, moved to Korea in late February 2017, and became part of SKZ just a few months later. Lee Know was the shortest duration as a trainee before joining SKZ -- less than two months. But Seungmin and Felix were only there for a few months longer before SKZ was formed. Hyunjin is really the only member who was accepted with no performance skills and had to develop everything from scratch during his trainee period.

Yes, there's a decent amount of footage out there of 3RACHA producing. A lot of it comes from the album intros (which are very much worth watching as they give a lot of interesting insight into the process and themes of each album), but there are also various moments from vlives, some stuff from the survival show, behind-the-scenes stuff from Kingdom, the Howl in Harmony series (each unit coming up with Red Lights, Gone Away, and Surfin'), etc.
This is a fan-edited clip (it has all the important bits) of a vlive they did maybe 2.5-ish years ago. Chan gave them a track he made, people in the chat gave the theme (basically "I don't want to do my homework," iirc), and then Han and Bin sat there and wrote raps live for a few minutes and then performed: ruclips.net/video/Ojj0UP58zJM/видео.html
_For the next two, you need some inside info and context. You will hear "kkulchong" (꿀총) frequently in SKZ. It's Changbin's noise for Dwaekki, and it's basically "oink-hop." But because of homonyms, those individual sounds are also different words entirely: "kkul" (꿀) means "honey" (this is part of the wordplay of their song "Get Cool" -- the phrase sounds like "gae kkul," which means "honey dog" [hence the MV images of puppies and honey] but idiomatically refers to something being lucky). "Chong" (총) means "gun" (hence Changbin's "mulchong"/"water gun" wordplay in the song "Freeze" -- he was playing off his own catchphrase). So even though the original "kkulchong" is "oink-hop," it has the exact same sound as "honey gun." Unfortunately, most of the people who did subs for the following clips blew the joke by translating it as "honey gun" from the very beginning, when it should have been "oink-hop." But anyway, Changbin's "oink-hop" was used to make two songs. In the original, the "oink-hop" meaning remains intact (despite the incorrect subtitles). In the EDM followup, it started out as the original "oink-hop" meaning, and then Lee Know pulled SKZ wordplay and titled it with the alternative meaning of that phrase: "Honey Gun."_
There's the infamous two-episode stretch of vlives where they made the immortal classic "Can't Live without Changbin." The first was just Chan and Binnie: ruclips.net/video/DEXolYtv3xU/видео.html. And then Han joined them for the 100th episode of Channie's Room and added his verse, and it devolved into hilarious chaos; they were trending on twitter and had like 6 million viewers. This resulted in one of the most popular fan vids, which perfectly encapsulates how that episode went down: ruclips.net/video/bgYJNYOawIc/видео.html. This experience is why Binnie now gets triggered by the word "walrus." Months later, one another Channie's Room episode, Chan went into the file and did some final arranging (ruclips.net/video/wummaL9Mg20/видео.html ), and we ended up with this as the absolute final product: ruclips.net/video/qW9Hfkc1-xY/видео.html. Binnie has been seen/heard singing this song quietly to himself, they've done part of it on a radio show, and just in general it's made the rounds through SKZ as another tool to tease Bin.
And then just a few months ago, Lee Know was live at the same time as Chan, and he was watching Channie's Room while commenting to his own chat. And he decided he wanted Changbin's song to have an EDM version. So he told his chat (who promptly jumped into Chan's chat and told him) and then called Chan in the middle of Channie's Room and placed his request. So Chan spent the rest of that episode live producing an EDM song based on "Can't Live without Changbin," using nothing but vocals he already had saved (the audio from Changbin's song + a pseudo radio intro clip from Lee Know and Seungmin). Lee Know watched the whole thing, kept commenting to his chat and calling in to Channie's room, so basically there were two simultaneous SKZ lives going on, and people were watching both and reporting back and forth in the other chats. This was the process: ruclips.net/video/DCqOZO7k-Q8/видео.html. (So this is Chan and Lee Know producing live, because yes, Lee Know will absolutely coproduce a song via telephone and chat if it lets him troll Changbin.) This was originally called The Kkulchong Song, but eventually Lee Know gave it its official title: Honey Gun.
Anyway, there's no one method. Chan is constantly making tracks and has a stockpile (many of the members go to him all the time and get a track of him to go off and make their own songs; he's like a track vending machine to them). Changbin and Han are constantly writing lyrics and theme/concept notes and have stockpiles in their phones. Sometimes Chan shows them a track, they have some lyrics that could be worked to fit, and boom. Sometimes he shows them a track, and they write from scratch. Sometimes they're sitting around in the living room and somebody comes up with one catchy line, and then they build an entire song around it. It varies per song.

Here's the City of Stars clip (it's Felix, Chan, and Lia (Itzy): ruclips.net/video/Ym_ATDb2MhY/видео.html. If you want to react to it but don't want to risk using a music show clip, there's also a lyrics vid or two out there.
Felix was nervous enough that he forgot to sing the final line alongside Chan, but all three of them did a beautiful job.
