Pathetic. I took on a Sarco with my bare fists while I was level 10! And yes, I died nine times. The stupid crocodile invaded my spawn point so I refused to give up.
@Luffy-g3dskill issue but also ark is not an “easy” game for beginners to just pick up and know what to do. I bought the game, started a single player on the island wipe, and then basically have looked up almost everything besides figuring out smacking rocks and trees with your hands gives you basic materials. then I ran around the beach taming dilos, I had like 5 and 2 paras, I brought them up the hill like 100yds from spawn beach and proceeded to get attacked by these little mini stunning dinos, they stunned me, and one ran off, and ALL of my Dino’s ran after it. Left me to slowly die by the other one. A few of them died somewhere, but the others are still alive, but I have no idea where they are.
Yeah I had a moschops named Richard and I was sailing around until a sarco came out of nowhere and took him in the water, I did kill the sarco but it was the piranhas that finished Richard off, r.i.p. Richard
I had 1 particular lvl 250 Sarco kill a Pteranodon, a Trike & a Bary that I was gonna tame. As well as my tamed Raptor and Dodos. Tranqued the Sarco and decided to tame him instead. Lost him when I realised how dangerous those damn jellyfish were on my underwater oil runs. RIP The Great Big Git. (Yes I named him that) Took a few potential tranqued tames, killed my raptor and my Dodo farm when I left them by my base, practically called my base his home and would try to spawnkill me. But damn he gave me a massive surplus of fish meat, oil, XP and some deep sea loot crates. At least we died together in the jellyfish moshpit.
I remember i tried taming a parasaur but didnt like how it ran after the bola broke, so i found a crocodile and started shooting with the slingshot and then yeah that was my first tame because it moved so slowly
@@MccEliteI’m a sucker for the shoulder pets and small dinos. A friend and I are playing Ragnarok rn and I plan on taming a max level of all the shoulder pets just for fun.
You don't know the real pain mate! Back in the old days before even Ragnarok introduced the Griffins that allowed you to equip weapon while flying. You had to tame a quetz with the Grappling Hook om your ptera and whistle it to a direction to fly while at the same time you were trying to shoot the quetz with a longneck rifle! Now imagine this technique trying it for the 1st time and the GOD DAMN quetz falls into the water... (Just to point out that i didn't knew back then that you could actually save the quetz with a laso and a horse) This is the real pain! What i saw there in the short is happening every 2nd Tuesday to an ARK player.
Also i know it sucks but just recall the bird to you itll lose the inventory it has but you'll still have an hour of playtime saved trying to tame another one and thats if your prepared right now i just barely started trying for a grinder hard effort on a 3gb ram device. but to restate you have to tell it to come back in the tame menu most efficient that way
Biggest reason I moved to instatame servers. Anything can go wrong while your dino is taming up(and also, blur is just trolling here he ain't actually bad at the game he actually plays pvp).
It took me forever to get an otter on our server. I literally went through like 10 otters trying to tame one. They would die all of the freaking time! One time I brought it to my buddies taming trap, but didn't realize it could just walk out and it died on my buddy's spike walls. One time I was looking for a fish to finish taming one and I hear a T-Rex roar out of nowhere and pop up to the surface to be looking into the eyes of a bloodthirsty killer. Don't get me started on breeding them. They always die within seconds of being born if you aren't there to immediately put fish in their inventory.

The player talks about how they were playing the game and suddenly their character fell asleep or went into a daze. This caused their character to stop moving and become vulnerable to attacks. The player advises other players to be aware of this issue and to make sure to stay awake and alert while playing the game. They also mention that this issue can be especially frustrating when playing in multiplayer mode with other players, as it can cause the player to lose progress and resources.
