Incredible. To go all the way to Cusco and insist on eating foreign food. When I go to Cusco I eat Cuy and Pachamanca. Worse case scenario I can eat a burger from Bembos, but I expect a lot of potatoes, caldo de gallina, mote, etc. Andean food.
can you eat raw veggies and salads and ice in Peru or Cusco or only in nicer restaurants or chains. Don't want stomach issues. Thanks. Is street food or mkt food safe? I know reg rules (usually no raw veg/ice cubes unless made or washed with purified or distilled water) but not sure how careful i have to be.

Tariq Boutique had great views, included breakfast and better rooms, Union hotel has better location as its closer to the city center.

Yes it’s pretty safe in restaurants but better to be safe and order bottled water. 👍🏼 ice is fine
