Alongside your idea of being able to move crew members, we should also be able to choose what parts get repaired first if we so wish when youve got a long timer from multiple broken parts. Sitting there while everything somehow repairs at the same slow speed when all you need in that moment is for your track to just be done quick so you can get to cover, or your gun to be done first so you can kill the guy near you before needing to move, is the most infuriating thing sometimes. And it usually finds a way to work against me with my luck.
I remember when it was at 5.3 with a stab. Stopped playing for about 2 years, picked WT up a month ago. I spent hours looking at old Phlydaily videos to make sure I was not insane.
Spookston when something happens in the game that would make anyone else punch a hole in their monitor: "Oh goodness gosh golly, jeez Louise, heavens what an event, truly unfortunate"
Hey Spook, you should play the Semovente 75/46 M43. It's a deeply overshadowed italiano tank destroyer which can deliver an heavy punch but it's deeply ignored the potential it has. (Day 32)
Big fan of all the Semoventes. The first 3 were my go-to for clubbing the seal clubbers in M4A3 105s when it was 2.7, the HEAT penned them like butter. I like the 105/25 better for its BR than the 75/46 though.
75/34 M43 is also great, same chassis but at 3.3, where 100mm of spaced armor is insane, especially when you're fighting things like StuH's that would normally lolpen you and don't know how to aim for anything but the front plate

I would bet the mk2 will go up to 6.7 even before the BP ends. Is british after all. Putting a BP or event vehicle at a low BR so people pay money to get it and then raising the BR is a classic at this point. The pt76 57 starting at 7.0 and the ebr at 4.3 were some of the most insane examples

I had a hard time grinding out this tank. But i think I've got the handle of it. The T25 feels like a smaller Panther... .3 br higher, and also very slow. But the reverse speed does wonders on Urban maps
If only they had a version of the T28/T95 with this gun, as seen in WoT. Never got said gun historically, but I’m pretty sure it was planned as a potential armament, along with a 120mm gun as another potential candidate (same armament as T34 Heavy Tank).
I shot a Panther D 10 times in the mantlet from near point blank range with the Ho-Ri Prototype APHE, and it only penned once, killing the commander. They fucked up.
Absolutely broke my heart when Gaijin took the Nerf bat to the T25. US used to have an S Tier 6.0 line up with this, the T20, and 76 Jumbo, then Gaijin decided US isn't allowed to have a good mid tier line up and gutted the T25 and bumped up the 76 Jumbo, leaving the T20 all by its lonesome. There's no reason to ever use this vehicle over the M26. Absolute travesty.
Trying to spade T25 right now so and this video explains why I feel in am in an 'Up Tier' even when in a Gaijin 'Down Tier' which is actually more of an 'At Tier'. Facing an IS6 or IS3 for the first time in a Stock T25, a default round that pens nothing you face, 7.3 time after time after time still stock unable to gain even Parts/FPE, and you realise with stark clarity "Gaijin don't want you playing F2P any more past 6.0"
5:39 onwards is the reason why I'm taking a very long break from playing this game. You just love seeing MGs and periscopes eating perfectly placed shots.
I wouldn't call it insane, it just grabs the 45mm t34 hull armor and slaps a 75mm instead. Anything bigger than 76mm will go Tru, unless u snipe from like 2km or something
I see no reason for this to be 6.3 when the Jackson is a full br lower, the armor is garbage, the mobility is okay at best, same ammo with same characteristics, the only thing this really has over other stuff is the reverse speed. Obviously, this should be at 7.3
Yeah both Panther and Tiger mantlets are way too effective. Realistically, every time the mantlet gets penetrated it would weld the mantlet to the turret, blocking vertical traverse. Hence why the Cent Mk. 10 has a less vulnerable turret than the previous Cents, despite the older mantlets consisting of more armor. Later they went with a mantletness designs which reduced this from happening. It’s a general problem in WT that some armor arrangement are way too effective. Like some MG ports or driver vision ports 😑
3:55 gaijin did something to customization maybe a couple months ago that broke many existing decal and decoration layouts. ive had to redo many of mine
I reckon the T-20 is the tank they truly ruined. It was once a really great 5.7 premium. Then they uptiered it. Now it's at 6.0 with the 76mm which really suffers.
Currenly playing the T32 at 7.3 and yeah... It feels like playing the King Tiger but you have a 20 sec reload and youre two BR levels above it. It basically feels like the Tiger II H (10.5 cm) except your turret is a bit stronger and hull is weaker, and youre 7.3 so everying has HEAT-FS and your armor doesnt matter.
What spookston forgets is that basically every american tank got moved up and nerfed at the same time. See the Jumbo, the M18, the M4A3 76, the M4A2 76, etc. America was the real loser when volumetric was implemented.
I had that same issue with the IS-2 the other day where it couldn't go through the front of a panther another Panther showed up and I shot him straight the mantlet just fine but for whatever reason Gaijin decided to let the other panther take like 4 shots and then get killed by a teammate
American heavy/medium tanks are just super depressing after the shermans. They lose the stabilizers which is like the one advantage American tanks had and in return get to fire mediocre rounds with mediocre armor.
Oh and the fact it doesn’t die the moment some HEATFS or HE lands anywhere near you. Or that your turret won’t get penetrated by everything in a hull down position 😄
I'm a free to play American main and the T-25 is the tank that convinced me to give up on American mediums/heavies until the m48 and just play light tanks.
If only APHE / APCBC worked like it is supposed to instead of tactical nuke shells. Should be plenty of documents on that…. But that would nerf a ton of tanks that they don’t wanna rebalance. :/ I honestly thought T25 was still 5.7, Had no idea it have gone up.
The T25 is truly depressing. Comparing it to the M26 just makes it worse. You'd think a vehicle with lower weight and the same engine would accelerate better, right? Think again, because the transmission that Gaijin has given to the T25 is so absolutely garbage that the M26 ends up having better forwards acceleration than it. So, overall... - The M26 accelerates better when moving forwards while still having a very respectable reverse speed - The M26 has significantly better armor - Effectively the same cannon (technically the M26's 90 mm is slightly better because T33 APBC instead of M77 AP) - Same BR Edit: About the documents on the T25 with a stabilizer... IIRC, the documents say that testing with a stabilizer started with the pilot no.1 and the no.2 wasn't available at that point in time. After that, there is no mention of the specific T25 pilot that is being tested, so it's just assumed that they only used the pilot no.1.
"Hundreds of dollars of documents gone." As someone who had Plesiosaurs fossils stolen from him (given to me by my great grandfather who got them during his days as a miner) I feel your pain.

the thing that gets me is that this thing was added originally to bridge the gap between sherman and pershing, not unlike the VK prototype panther they recently added for germany. Now its just a worse pershing at the same BR, because "GeRManY SuFerRs"
Spookston: mrntions it should not have a stabilizer
Gayjin: oh ok
Spookston: hey wait
I remember when it was at 5.3 with a stab. Stopped playing for about 2 years, picked WT up a month ago. I spent hours looking at old Phlydaily videos to make sure I was not insane.
4:04 average document fight to get small buff on tank war thunder moment
Spookston when something happens in the game that would make anyone else punch a hole in their monitor:
"Oh goodness gosh golly, jeez Louise, heavens what an event, truly unfortunate"
6:52
Reminder: if your important data doesn't exist on at least three separate storage devices it may as well not exist
I 2nd this
its so funny to hear the mouse wheel frantically scrolling up/down when he adjusts the sights
You might like the Vickers Mk3 MBT, British (export) Tank with LRF and HEAT-FS, as well as a surprisingly decent SABOT and HESH. 8.0 so just at the upper end of your comfort zone.
he hates the british line. he wont like it at all as he makes perfectly abundantly clear every british game he plays. tbf the apds and the non filler rounds is pain
I feel like these videos are meant to highlight the shortcomings of the game so gaijin fixes them, not to sing their praises.
I think it is a amazing tank but yeh Spookston Is bias against UK sad he's missing out
@@FuriousFire898 To be completely honest, he's not wrong, Leopard's and OF's turret seems to eat any and all APDS shots from 17 pdr, 20 pdr, 100mm, and 105mm cannons. And low tier APCBC lack the explosive filler to give them the Oomph of post-pen damage. France atleast has autoloaders and/or speed to compensate, british has naught but stabilizers on slow tanks in lower to mid tier.
It's been over a year and this thing is STILL 6.3 while Germany still has Panthers at 5.0 and 5.3/7. What the absolute hell is wrong with these devs?? Mid-tier Germany is like a 13-year-old that's still breastfed. That's how handheld it is
T25 at 6.3 without a stabilizer, meanwhile gaijin casually adds the cent mk 2 with stabilizer as a battle pass vehicle at the same br
6:20 Mantlets in WT are pure bullshit, I remember when I started people telling me that the Tigers mantlet was the weakspot, but it newer worked. Any area with overlapping armor is pointless to shoot at.
I don't get why Gaijin would do this to a genuinely fun tank
oh right... Money
You aren't allowed to have fun. If you're having fun, you're not spending money in an effort to find satisfaction.
they only let russian tanks be fun, everything else in game is just fodder for them
Because you should have to pay money to have fun
@@stagiestpizzame with my tiger 1: 🤣
7:10 and that's why you keep backups of drives that have important documents like that.
And I'm also glad I spaded the T25 a long time ago.
Why does gaijin hate the US?
6:18 basically all of 3.0 Sweden and down
What I get from this is that gaijin dislikes the U.S tanks
5:30 Spookston casually forgetting he has a .50 cal that can be used against light vehicles.
Or that he can bring HE and also use APCR against fast moving targets that will most likely not trigger APHE fuze anyway 😋
Try using the Duster as an actual SPAA at 7.0, the giant br gap between that and the M163 means the M42 is clearly really good obviously
Pain. Also the m163 should have a radar and apds, and the rise engine. But of course American players can't have shit.
@@casematecardinal Incorrect, the M163 never had a search radar. And it did not have the RISE engine. the M113's were only ever equipped with a 212 HP engine, or a 215 HP engine.
Also it was never equipped with APDS, that was designed for the Phalanx CIWS, not the M163
@@magnum6763 wrong on all accounts. Quite impressive actually. The a3 variant sports the rise upgrade package. 20mm apds rounds were introduced with pivads for self defense along with an improved radar set and fire control.
The best US SPAA at 7.0 is the .50 cal on the top of your tanks.
it actually is, i use it regularly and it kicks ass, i mean if a jet sees me and wants to kill me i will be dead but still get good air kills, rarely sometimes a bmp or marder.
Secondary name for the video: If only I had a stabilizer
The T25 was a strange one for me. On paper it should be less survivable than the M26 but it felt like it bounced shots more often
It did
Phlydaily did a video on this tank and he got like at least 11 kills in a single game with the T25, 45 total in 4 games, I also got like 28 kills in 3 game with the T25 before they nerfed it.
You should play the Marder. Great video though. No armor is best armor for the Marder considering it faces APFSDS on some tanks
Bro the gun on that thing went through an angled tiger like butter
I had a hard time grinding out this tank. But i think I've got the handle of it. The T25 feels like a smaller Panther... .3 br higher, and also very slow. But the reverse speed does wonders on Urban maps
It’s also pretty good hull down 🙂
I just got the t25. i was a little confused why I couldn't bounce anything. This video has been enlightening
Could you play the T30? It's got the big American 155 on a really good chassis
If only they had a version of the T28/T95 with this gun, as seen in WoT. Never got said gun historically, but I’m pretty sure it was planned as a potential armament, along with a 120mm gun as another potential candidate (same armament as T34 Heavy Tank).
And now T25 got a 2 round ready-rack. Perfect....
I think you would love the leopard 2k. It is a very well rounded vehicle
I shot a Panther D 10 times in the mantlet from near point blank range with the Ho-Ri Prototype APHE, and it only penned once, killing the commander.
They fucked up.
I'm sure German mains cried about American tanks having a stabilizer even though they can barely pen their tanks anyway
Where’s them documents when you need them!🗣️
Ah yes the T25 is so sad... its... depressing... I feel bad whenever I one shot it.
Also day 11 of asking for the IS-6
Absolutely broke my heart when Gaijin took the Nerf bat to the T25.
Absolute travesty.
panther mantlet is busted af
Trying to spade T25 right now so and this video explains why I feel in am in an 'Up Tier' even when in a Gaijin 'Down Tier' which is actually more of an 'At Tier'.
Facing an IS6 or IS3 for the first time in a Stock T25, a default round that pens nothing you face, 7.3 time after time after time still stock unable to gain even Parts/FPE, and you realise with stark clarity "Gaijin don't want you playing F2P any more past 6.0"
This thing should be at 5.7
7:38 You're not salty. You're just well marinated.😂
Yea its insane when you look at the German tanks, armor, cannon, engines, then you look at the BR and then you are like.. W...T...F....
5:39 onwards is the reason why I'm taking a very long break from playing this game. You just love seeing MGs and periscopes eating perfectly placed shots.
Hey Spookston, you should play the SU-85M, it has insane armor at 5.0
I wouldn't call it insane, it just grabs the 45mm t34 hull armor and slaps a 75mm instead. Anything bigger than 76mm will go Tru, unless u snipe from like 2km or something
German guns still laugh at it
I see no reason for this to be 6.3 when the Jackson is a full br lower, the armor is garbage, the mobility is okay at best, same ammo with same characteristics, the only thing this really has over other stuff is the reverse speed.
Obviously, this should be at 7.3
I've had a lot of issue with Panther manlets recently too. It's immensely frustrating
Me: getting my favourite map, downtier and in my favourite tank.
Some plane two minutes in the game: you’ve got mail.
Theory: 25 is Gaijin's unlucky number.
Counterpoint: Su-25.
@@dickg valid counterpoint.
25 truly is one of Gaijin's numbers of all time
3:55 gaijin did something to customization maybe a couple months ago that broke many existing decal and decoration layouts. ive had to redo many of mine
at 2:08 Slovenian flag XD
It is very cool
Spookston: Says tank is bad
Spookston: Gets 5-7 kills
Gaijin hating on something that is not russian? they tottaly wouldn't do that *sarcasm*
I reckon the T-20 is the tank they truly ruined.
It was once a really great 5.7 premium. Then they uptiered it. Now it's at 6.0 with the 76mm which really suffers.
Gaijin would decrease all German vehicles br and they would think it’d make everything more balanced. F to American tech tree fr
Most tanks have incorrect acceleration and torque because Gaijin is terrible at map design and nerfed traction instead.
Around 7.0 for the us was a blur for me, I was struggling to do well but I eventually pushed through. Might be a skill issue though
No, its painful, i remember it vividly
Currenly playing the T32 at 7.3 and yeah... It feels like playing the King Tiger but you have a 20 sec reload and youre two BR levels above it. It basically feels like the Tiger II H (10.5 cm) except your turret is a bit stronger and hull is weaker, and youre 7.3 so everying has HEAT-FS and your armor doesnt matter.
What spookston forgets is that basically every american tank got moved up and nerfed at the same time. See the Jumbo, the M18, the M4A3 76, the M4A2 76, etc.
America was the real loser when volumetric was implemented.
no the 76s Sherman kick ass and also the M18 is still amazing, they buffed it's horsepower so it's literally way faster
@@MiGLifeCrisis its not "way faster," and it went up at the same time (with the premium m18, btw, which did not get the HP upgrade)
I had that same issue with the IS-2 the other day where it couldn't go through the front of a panther another Panther showed up and I shot him straight the mantlet just fine but for whatever reason Gaijin decided to let the other panther take like 4 shots and then get killed by a teammate
It can barely go through a Tiger H1 Mantlet. 140mm thick mantlet...
@@ideadlift20kg83 an IS-2?
@I deadlift 20kg Bro the IS-2's shell has 205mm's of penetration I can go through the front of a tiger like butter.
@@bananataco1235 IS-2 yes. You will non pen more often than not.
@@ideadlift20kg83 Bro I main the IS-2. I have never not penned a tiger from the front mantlet.
American heavy/medium tanks are just super depressing after the shermans. They lose the stabilizers which is like the one advantage American tanks had and in return get to fire mediocre rounds with mediocre armor.
The worst of which are the t32s worse in every compared to the russian heavies around the br
What is it with Puma players having such a false sense of security in zooming through an open field
The ONE thing this has over the M36 is the reverse gear, and thats at 5.3 - 5.7, I want whatever gaijing is smoking
5.7 memories hit hard
I love the "put it in reverse terry!" meme, I think of it whenever I have to back up or do anything similar
@8:47 bless that helmet for sticking with the tank shell
5:31 that's why I always shoot pumas in the amunition next to the driver, even with something like an Is2 I aim carefully
we got Spookston using documents to win arguments now, LETS GOOOOO
2:22 bro really poured all his anger in that one sentence

This vid was straight out of the salt mines where salt is a lifestyle. *Chef's kiss*
"Getting uptiered with almost no frontal pen"
*Hysterical EBR 1951 BR 5.1 Laughs*
gaijin hates the american tree in general
If only APHE / APCBC worked like it is supposed to instead of tactical nuke shells.
Should be plenty of documents on that…. But that would nerf a ton of tanks that they don’t wanna rebalance. :/
I honestly thought T25 was still 5.7, Had no idea it have gone up.
- The M26 accelerates better when moving forwards while still having a very respectable reverse speed
- The M26 has significantly better armor
- Effectively the same cannon (technically the M26's 90 mm is slightly better because T33 APBC instead of M77 AP)
- Same BR
Edit: About the documents on the T25 with a stabilizer... IIRC, the documents say that testing with a stabilizer started with the pilot no.1 and the no.2 wasn't available at that point in time. After that, there is no mention of the specific T25 pilot that is being tested, so it's just assumed that they only used the pilot no.1.
3:58 i had this same glitch on the barrel of my T34, now i have a tiny “BIG SHOT” on the side of the huge gun

I love that comment “if you don’t know shit then don’t speak” like bro was a tiger commander circa 1944
Same br as t20 which gets a 76 and a stab, idk if that's better or worse
The panther mantlet moment was so real, sometimes a 76 will knife through it, and sometimes 90 heatfs with 400 mil pen does nothing
everyone gangsta until they’re in a spookston video where he stops talking briefly and rapidly cuts
Im getting second-hand anger and frustration just from watching this.
