I love these videos! My friend was once fat shamed at the store. Someone yelled "GO TO THE GYM AND MAYBE YOU WILL LOOK BETTER!" She was really upset but i made her feel better. We need more good people in this world.

I love rewatching the older Dhar Mann videos, these were great of course, but the title is misleading for the Hot Topic one. I didn't see any teens in that. I loved what happened to that fake bf in the last one!! He was just so sure of his own attractiveness that he blatantly lied to her and cheated practically in front of her. Gymnasts aren’t actually usually seen as thin, ironically. They probably can be, but look at Simone Biles. She’s very short and muscular, obviously in extraordinarily good shape, but not skinny.

Emma needs something in her stomach. A Yogurt is very very healthy. A Banana is 105 calories and a Yogurt is 100 calories With 140 calories per serving, this low fat yogurt cup delivers the smooth, creamy and perfectly sweet flavor of strawberry in every delicious spoonful.and the others girls are eating snacks so why can't Emma eat a snacks. I have to be honest, I have mixed feelings about the buffet story. Its moral is fantastic, to not judge others and to treat others how you want to be treated, but I feel like it gives a bad stigma to people who go through weight loss surgery. My mum had a gastric sleeve done where she spent 12 months before the procedure with a pre-op diet and the psychology work needed for such a serious surgery before she spent the next 12 months after the surgery literally losing half of her body weight. She looks and feels so incredible now and I can't be any prouder of all the work she did to get to this point.
I do absolutely see where Miss Jackie is coming from and I'm completely on her side, but I feel like there needs to be a middle ground here. That's all I wanted to say, I otherwise love Mr. Mann's videos and the morals he teaches us with them!!
