When you turn your Cappucino into an Espresso
This is Ristretto 😂 Small ,but kicks in hard
Nice one
😂😂
200th like.
Please, No! Not Espresso,
Suzuki just launched another hideous crapbox, named S-presso here in India. I don’t know what's wrong with this company.
putting 400hp into this makes it a certifiable coffin on wheels lmao, nice ride and stay safe
Agreed
You’ve picked a good name I can’t stop laughing
Who wants to live for ever?
well we all gonna die one day, hopefully sooner
@@naws69 issoveryedgy
love that steering alignment
Update: Engine is being re-mapped to approx 400bhp, plus Geartronics paddleshift kit being installed....will post up videos once its done.
you should try to add a turbo, perhaps could reach up to 500hp!
Mustafa Ali Do you mean another turbo?
Yeah, why not? If it's not readily equipped, it should have one and boost more performance on the wheels. Let those Nissan GTRs, Lambos and Ferraris had a "bad time" in their life! Wu haaaaa.....
Mustafa Ali I mean this car already seems fantastic with a single turbo but a twin turbo setup could possibly yield great results I guess
@@BAYBOSSMAN uk
It has an Elite Racing MX200 rear diff, which means you first select direction, (forward or reverse), then you can work through the gears, 1-6. This does mean that you can reach some serious speed in reverse, unlikely to ever try it though!
A Crown Victoria can hit 64 mph in reverse "see rental" so see if this can beat it.
razorgxp why would someone do that in a crown vic i dont think the 4.6 would like it that much
you can run 64+ in reverse all day. Was stuck driving a friends car back backwards. was funny as hell.
razorgxp lol that is kinda hilarious but kinda scary if you screw up lol
Nick Sandman I know this an old comment but the obvious answer would be fresh donuts
His steering wheel isnt on straight
Whoever mounted that steering wheel should be shot on site
@@warhoo4721 Steering wheels being tilted like that are usually a result of alignment. Most steering wheels are keyed, and you have to set them straight - then align the car.
While I admire the idea of this engine swap, the tilted steering wheel speaks volumes as to the attention to detail. Video is from 6 years ago - hopefully the suspension, brakes, etc, have been upgraded to handle the power.
That's probably how you hold the wheel straight if you're too big for the car 😅
@PunchingMegaTree I realize that they are splined - they are also usually keyed meaning that 1 spline or groove is wider than the others. As I said an off center wheel is usually because you didn't have the wheel straight when you did the alignment.
@PunchingMegaTree I'm not that familiar with Japanese vehicles, probably since most of them have less problems where the steering wheel needs to be removed, but most American manufacturers key their steering wheels... Been an auto mechanic for 30+ years and I honestly can't recall ever having to pull the steering wheel on a Japanese car. lol So, I believe you have no reason to lie about it.
Not sure what you are talking about in the hassle to remove a steering wheel part? It is pretty straight forward to me... Pull the crap off the front, remove the nut, and use a steering wheel puller to get the wheel loose. It takes maybe 20 minutes. It takes more time to get all the pieces back into place properly, but the whole job is an hour at most.
You are correct that some actual front end parts such as pitman arms are uniformly splined and can have the same result if a part is removed or replaced.
Most vehicles today use rack and pinion and those are also keyed at that end of the steering shaft.
Let's be honest... The manufacturer doesn't key the shaft to make our job easier. They do it to reduce cost and screw-ups in the assembly line. That is also why they do other things that seem stupid to the end consumer such as using plastic T fittings in the cooling system that will harden and break over time. A penny saved here, and a dime saved there adds up to $100 saved per vehicle X 100,000 vehicles... that is real money. Plus, they usually almost break even at the time of sale, and they rely on parts and service sales to make the actual profit.
A good example: GM vehicles have the bolts on the tilt steering back off all the time. GM could just put locktite on them, since it is a known problem - but then I would lose that simple work. Engineered obsolescence... it is all designed to break at some point to save manufacturing cost and to get that repair money.
Still the slickest little roadster on RUclips imo.
Best of all worlds, small displacement, high compression, lightweight, technological masterpiece.
I ended up buying a Jimny instead of a Cappi but now I'm lusting for a Cappi.
Best looking roadsters ever, nothing even comes close and the geometry and design is really snappy nimble stuff.
Overall world-beater material.
Yours is the best, and the fighter engineering Cappi is in 2nd place.
The wheel being off would annoy me
It works the same as the gear lever on a bike, so pull the left paddle for first, then right paddle for 2 to 6, left paddle to change down again.
Love it! Even with the wind noise you can still hear that amazing engine.
After all that engineering I'd have installed an actuator on the clutch, as well as for up and down shifts. The only trick would be to make it launch smoothly from standstill, but for that you can still use a foot-operated pedal. Once you're going, it's tap right for up, and tap left for down.
Nice setup and nicely integrated gear shifter and display. What I am noticing though is that it seems to deliver most of its power at high revs - i.e. low torque at low revs. That's a useful engine characteristic for a bike, but for a car I think it would take away a bit of the fun especially for everyday driving.
437hp/29000rpm
650nm/21000rpm
Rpm limiter 33000
No different from an s2000
thats exactly what makes it fun. i assume you are a diesel guy?
I used to be a turbocharged petrol guy (high torque at low revs thanks to the turbo, just like a diesel, but still high torque at high revs because it's a petrol).
These days I'm an electric vehicle guy. Instant crazy torque at any speed. I was laughing like a maniac the first dozen times I launched my Nissan leaf, and that's just with the stock 160bhp.
This cappuccino has 6x as much caffeine as the stock one
one of the coolest cars I have ever seen.
I love your gearshift..... just like an F-1 and nice speedometer
That shifting makes the motorcyclist in me cry, so slow. Also, this thing would be ridiculous with a quickshifter. Tell me it got one since this video got posted.
atsernov Good obdervation. Oh yes fixed indeed. Geartronics pneumatic paddle shift kit installed. Will do a video soon.
mozber im waiting :D
😂😂😂
Caught out
Motorcycle gear sets are sequential gearbox. No need to install quickshifter if you know how to clutchless shifting.
this cappuccino must of evolved into a pissed off energy drink! Must be a missile!! haha!
You can beat the 86 as long as it doesn't rain!
Awesome dude,I want one now!
Couldn't help but smile during this video good job
Damn he made flappy paddle shifters by connecting the clutch handle to compress fully before changing gear up by keeping the original clutch gearbox from the motorcycle which is basically a sequential gearbox
After watching the guy open up the Hayabusa motor in that car made me grin from cheek to cheek wanting one!
this makes me want to v8 swap my Fit with 2 Hayabusa's for the memes.
That's called a Hartley V8
You would if you were cool…. Old LazerLord10 would have.
Sick little car, nice work.
man if i owned that i'd probably be dead inside a week lol, looks great fun to drive tho man
This means at some point the H2 engine swapped kei car will exist.
H2 engine don't have enough torque like the haya engine
Beautiful car. Lighting fast.
this is as close as you can get with a road legal car to an 80s f1 car, sounds similar, behaves similarly and it's fast as heck
This is your daily dose of Recommendation
Suzuki Cappuncino
His paddle shifter are mad 😂 look at the size of those things 😂
It's actually the car that's go kart sized!
That a tasty tiny turbo treat
Planning on buying one soon and doing this to it
cool car, any new videos pls? looking forward to see more
まさかのパドルシフト‼️
Awesome build I've been wanting to purchase one of these tiny cars but its pretty expensive to have it shipped to the usa
nice alignment
Just how are you putting down that power to the tarmac? I imagine wheelspin being the craziest part about the car next to its superbike acceleration.
Awesome engineering, though the steering wheel offset instantly annoy s me! bet is is a beast to drive though.
Wow thats evil :). I like the sound of that diff to!
Curious question though, it's running the stock gearbox right? What if you installed a quickshifter on the pedals? Not the link type but somekind of limit switch.
Sick little car, that paddle shift set up looks excellent too, custom made??
Gotta love those sleepers
I see good alignment
Plan on doing more videos with this car in higher quality cam? Such a cool car.
Yes I do!
awese build man what's the fastest you gotten it up to
The hayabusa finally looks good!
Yeah I understand the idea of how it works, but I wonder how difficult it was to make! Or is it part of a kit, Zcars do make a lot of their stuff in house, i think.
Respect sir, Respect, I have nothing else to say on the subject....Respect!
id love to know how the drivetrain on this is set up, is there a build thread somewhere for it?
looks and sounds great, very jealous, how much money have you invested into this if you don't mind me asking
What transmission are you currently using.
I'd like to know what transmission you used
I know this is a weird question but what is mpg like like also how much can you do this budget wise
Really cool car witch you dont see so many times.
This and a Pajero Evolution is my realistic dream garage
love the busachino
This thing is totally ridiculous! Yep, I want one! :)
That's cool. Turbo on top of that
What is that hanging from the rear view mirror
How do you drive reverse?
I wonder if this is possible for an Autozam AZ-1. I want to busa turbo swap one of those.
Would you mind sharing what kind of price am I looking at to get my Cappuchino to be like yours from piston head I just love it
Look wicked
gambeller ar Thank you! Its expensive, at the end of the day your building the car up off the chassis. New engine, gearbox, prop-shafts, suspension, every body panel is modified except the roof, new wheels, new brakes, new instrument panel, the list goes on and on.
+mozber i'm 194cm tall and 110 kg's is there anyway i could fit in this car?
I had a hard time getting in one at 178 cm and 85 kg.
My dream car.
love it from malaysia
I wish the cappuccino came with the hayubusa engine back then!
How do you go about doing this or making this? Could you do a video series of your journey for those who would like to do the same thing including costs, etc...
You take off the sprocket, and use the bore to connect to a differential.
This is insane.
Love it
It sounds like youre trying to use the clutch. Is it not using the transmission from the bike? Why dont you just shift using the dogs?
Hello, do you have downforce or plan to add? I was surprised to hear that the car has 400 BHP.
how dose your paddle shift work
What transmission is needed to hold that power?
It's hard to tuned it?
Nice!
Interesting steeringwheel angle
Your son is in my class and man am i jealous 😂
so many varieties of engines. the cb1300 is a beast of torque but i think it hits more fuel average lower speed rides
Do you have any information that might help with doing this swap? I got in contact with Zcars and apparently they sold a kit for this swap but they stopped trading in 2015 apparently. Information regarding this swap is so scarce online so I'm looking for any scrap I can.
Does that mean you can go up to 6th gear in reverse?
bro u didnt even need the turbo thats just overkill...i had a 600hp s2k so ino how dangerous and insane this must feel
I hope you make more videos
how do they reverse ifcthey miss a turn?
That thing is a ROCKET
The rear diff has the reverse function.
your mom has the reverse function
LetsGoRacing95 your mom goes to college
@@expertbv my mom didnt graduate highschool numbnuts
@@Turismo860 fuck off twat
is the rear diff stock?
4 wheel superbike. Sick Suzuki.
the question is. how fast it is??
that pissed off feeling people get when a cappuccino pulls out in front of them when there doing 60... not an issue here lol
awesome car
how did you make this road legal? :o
dat alignment.
Do you have a reverse gear?
Hey man, do you still have this car? You haven’t posted a video in years. This is a dangerous car so I hope you’re doing well.
this dashboard ...what kind of car it is??
hey buddy! love the video, love the car! whats the current horsepower and whats the current weight?
about a gram.lol. think stock is only 750kg ish. and there fun.
I can hear the people driving behind this car saying: "just get out of the way you little--" the Hayabusa engine draws quickly away the cappucino with an aggressive scream
the kids on board of your family car: "dad / mom, were you saying that to our car or that car in front of us which has just vanished?"
what's the power to weight ratio with the mods and engine swap
more than 500bhp per ton!
hey, ive always been a motorcycle guy but am looking into getting my first car. . . .is going through the process of importing this car(and getting a busa engine installed) worth it for a first car, that i'll use every day. . . .or should i get something more practical.
Getting a busa engine "installed" lmao
Sweet ass setup omg
👍👍how much rpm??
excuse me for asking such abvious question but:DOES IT HAVE REVERSE?
An electric one, probably
