I don't think they are gonna kill off Jadis. They build her up and her purpose in the story is no complete imo

I don’t want Tara or Rosita to die, I think that they can become really badass characters ( they are already but even more)
But even though Rosita dies in the comics, I think that even if she does die, it won’t be like that and it could be someone else (maybe Tara but hopefully not)
The TV show has changed quite a few deaths and a few things so Rosita and Ezequiel might not die like that. I think that because if it was the same, we would have Daryl ,and Carol wouldn’t be alive. Also, Tyreese wouldn’t have been bit, he would’ve taken Hershels death.
But it’s just a thought

Only problem with these (and any other predictions) is that for the characters that still exist in the comics, the predictions pretty much FOLLOW THE COMIC STORYLINE. There are never any really BOLD predictions by View Makers. I agree with Pat below, we may lose Carol this season and with Radio that Tara could take Rosita's comic death. I don't see why anyone in Oceanside would die based on what we saw in 8.16, I think they will just go away. I believe we may see Gabriel take Ezekiel's death since comic Gabriel's death has already been given to one of our Sanctuary lookouts.

Ezekiels death was teased last season
He was sent as a look-out to a Water tower in the middle of a field and when he saw the Massive herd of Walkers coming towards Alexandria (I believe it was Alexandria & not the Hilltop) he slipped climbing down; broke his ankle and was hanging upside down caught in one of the metal rungs on the ladder. Beta was one of those directing the Herd and he got to Gabriel a little before them, Gabriel begged him for help and if I remember correctly Beta slit his throat and then the herd ate him.
True, I believe the video owner may have said that, it happened in the episode where Shiva died, SOME GUY. The Lookout at the Sanctuary *actually got Comic Gabriel's death* last season as well.
No, carol, Daryl and rick have been said by producers can’t die because they are to important for the storyline
So you're telling me Jadis, Gregory, Ezequiel, Tara, Gabriel, and Rosita are going to die in just one season when we lost Abraham, Glenn, Sasha, Eric, Shiva, Carl, and Morgan in just two seasons.

jadis is with rich, Gregorys hanging out, Gabriel doesn't think hes not gonna die because of the bible, Rosita and tara are too hot to die and Ezequiel well he lost his pet tiger, and has proposed to carol sooooo yeah.... I though morgan was still alive
Well jadis is gone and Gregory is dead and the pike victims are coming in 9x15 ending or 9x16 although I really don’t believe Tara will die bc Jesus just died and now it only leaves her to lead. Gabriel I think may survive as well but I’m not sure. Rosita and Ezekiel are definitely goners thou

I see that you're following the comics here but I could definitely see them mixing up the whisperer deaths. I think Jerry, Dianne, Gabriel, Jadis, Aaron, Jesus, Eugene and Tara are all potential swap ins. I could also see them killing either Rosita or Ezekiel too (one of the two 'big' deaths). However, I think it's unlikely they'll kill both Tara and Rosita or Ezekiel and Rosita so I think it's likely that it'd be just one of those three plus a few of the minors.
Also, why are some characters included (Barbara, Eduardo etc.) but not Kal, Scott, Tanya, Amber, Bertie etc? They all seem to have similar sized parts to the aforementioned too.
They totally did. Only 1 vic in the Whisperer border Massacre line-up was consistent with the line-up in the comic. Tammy.

They said that they will “Delay” the whisperers introduction and focus on something new.So we probably won’t get the whisperers until late season 9 or season 10.Buf most likely season 10 so the deaths caused by the whisperers will happen later on

Yea people are forgetting even if they would follow comics to a T we wouldn't get Whisperers until second half. That giant herd in finale was not them it was most likely the one they lead on Magna who's arc comes before Whisperers and multiple people including Gimple, Lincoln, and Reedus have said that Angela Kang as a new, original, and exciting story that people won't expect. Andrew Lincoln has said he will no longer be bored with show since he's been talking a lot about leaving and said when she pitched it to him he felt like he was getting ready to shoot the pilot episode again

You were right about the deaths of Gregory and Tara but for Enid, Henry, and Jesus, those 3 are dead. That includes 8 people. They died because of the new enemy called the Whisperers. The rest of the survivors that you marked as they're dying, they're still alive. The people that were gone are Dwight, Jadis, 4 girls from Oceanside, Maggie, and Rick but they're not dead. They're still alive. And as I always say for the survivors: If Rick Grimes returns, the new survivor will join him.

Am I the only one who doenst like the current cast that much? Idk I just dont think that they blend well anymore. Not the way the cast for Season 5 or Season 6 did.
I think the main survivors still make a great cast, but it was just better when the show centred around the main group surviving instead of these huge communities with a ton of extras and side characters

If they follow comics we're about to get Magna and her people apart of Ricks group I mean in comics she's the main character after All out War and before you find out there's been a time jump so if they do her they're about to have too many characters
Dylan George season 8 Lost Eric, Francine, Tobin, Carl, shiva, All the scavengers, simon, Jared, Dr. Carson, Gavin, Simon, and morales, and Morgan left. That’s a lot so I don’t think it’s that much of a stretch.

2. Glenn and carl are magically alive too. (carl is a main plotpoint in the whisperers comic)
3. The whisperers will be a new main focus.

My own version of how Rick may go out: Rick and Maggie clash in the woods over how to treat the saviors when a bunch of walkers show up. The 2 of them then disappear. They are actually captured by the whisperers. The season carries on with the other characters developing and during the season finale, we get the heads on pikes scene. Rick, Tara, Cyndie, and a few more inconsequential characters from each community. Maggie is notably missing as Lauren Cohan is probably coming back for season 10.

I felt dissapointed with the actress playing Maggie. If the new series she signs to, gave her more money then okay i’ll probably be fine with that. But, she probably didn’t consider the fact the show needs a character to lead expecially with Rick also leaving.

The showrunners decided not to kill anymore atlanta originals due to only being 3 left and Carls death being a failure and Glenns death nearly destroying the show.
TORO 777 I'm curious. How did glenn's death nearly destroy the show? He was supposed to die there by negan. It was one of my favorite episodes because of how close it kept to the comic. The only thing bad about the episode is they had to neutralize negan's f bombs. Lol,fucking cable tv. This is why a show like this should be on HBO.

It wasn't a bad episode, it was great and sad. But some viewers were unable to cope with his death leading onto the shows lowest view rate since season 2 when the show was still new to people. You should see it, millions of people quit watching the show due to the brutality and cliff hanger season 6 & 7 left the audience
