That's the point of the show though? The employee can't really judge their boss or contradict them without worryof trouble so the mcs and other bosses are the stand in. I mean it's also a variety show so they exaggerate some things.

I’m just sad because people are hating him on the recent episodes, I just hoped they watch BITM starting from ep 1 to know the coach better.

Sadly Coach Hyun resigned from being the head coach of LG Sakers because he blamed himself for the team’s poor performance. 💔 I think he’s frustrated and disappointed with his coaching because he set a high goal for himself since last 2018-19 KBL season, LG Sakers ended up in third place. So his goal for this 2019-20 season was probably to land on the second or first spot. Unfortunately, the season ended early due to Covid-19 and the team is on the 9th spot out of 10. You can’t really blame the coach since their ace player Kim Jongkyu left too. 😞😭
