Goma At Home: My First Time Baking At Home

- For this episode, I’m doing something different. I’ll be making a pastry that I actually haven’t tried. I’m basing the recipe for this dessert from a friend’s description and my own interpretation.
I’ll be using the following ingredients:
Filo dough
Egg
Sugar
Salt
Water
Cherry
Pistachio
Milk
All purpose cream
Cinnamon
Vanilla bean paste
Butter
Now let’s see how my own version will come out!

I like the way you work in the kitchen, chill lang, precise and systematic. I also like the singing and sir GOMA stop eating those cherries, I have been counting you know😋
Never tried baking pastry too, but this just made me wanna give it a go (especially with the ice cream pairing)! 😋🍒🍨
