      @@AdamHugill Editing video is like packing for a bike trip, less is more, I've found. And it's hard because I fall in love with footage/extra shirts and can't bear to cut anything, yet when I do the narrative/uphill riding becomes more powerful. So keep in mind what is making this trailer so beautiful and compelling and keep doing that.

    Great job putting this together Adam. I've been following you for awhile and was excited to here you were coming to my home land of Alaska. That's amazing pedal power you are putting out. Have you heard of Sarah Outen: London2London:via the World, and Justine Curgenven, sea kayaker and film maker? They are both fantastic. Sarah bicycled and kayak almost around the world. She had trouble getting across the pond as the currents were strong and erratic. I met her when she and Justine kayaked through the Aleutian Islands. Justine is crazy phenomenal in her sea kayak. She makes awesome films. She did a little interview of me in her "Kayaking the Aleutians" film which she won awards for. She and Sarah stopped in Sand Point and visited our culture camp where I was teaching Attu style basket weaving. You can find her on Facebook. You take care now and stay safe. God Bless you in your travels.

    • @macrodaddy25

      Those were muskox. Very docile. Moose are to as long as you stay away from their babies or during rutting season

    • @AdamHugill
      @AdamHugill  5 лет назад +1

      That’s right, they were Muskox, an animal I didn’t even know existed before I went north. They seemed pretty relaxed so I just put the camera out and stayed still.
      The moose shot in the lake was shot really far away on a zoom lense. I was high on a bank and it never noticed me. I felt very comfortable with that one.
