18 yrs of love bombing, gaslighting, ghosting and everything else you can think of including extreme confusion and abandonment several times. He just dumped a massive ton of confusion and all his shit and issues on me. A slow progressive eventual death to my soul. Well being a water sign I’m an empath and I’ve realised he’s a dismissive avoidant. Sad and sickening to say the least. I do believe in the depths of my heart and soul it was karmic and a lesson I needed to learn. 5 yrs apart and exactly as you say….. I’ve been moving on slowly but surely but the confusion and non clarity makes it extremely difficult at times. My life is stable, I am relatively happy but just always have this feeling I havnt moved on properly and there’s a bit of a cloud hanging over me at times. Divorce finalisation is very near and I’m hoping it’ll be the final nail in the coffin so to speak and I never have to look back. Have had enough crap and pain the last 20 yrs to totally wear me down. Exhausted by it all now. My soul needs and deserves a break but for now I’ll keeping on cleaning this shit out of my existence until it’s gone. Gona wash that man right outa my hair Lols.
