I have a couple of generic 4 foot LED shop lights, they look like the regular old 4 foot fluorescent shop lights, but are LED....Those 2 lights are amazingly bright, and draw a fraction of the power that those fluorescent fixtures did. I think I will eventually get a couple more and do the other half of the shop and replace the even older 8' pin style fluorescent fixtures....I have to say though, those 8 foot fluorescent fixtures are old, like late 70's old, and were in my grandfather's wood shop in California, and prior to that they were in an old grocery store in California that was torn down....those lights got moved up here to Idaho about 34 years ago, and they still work, still the original ballasts, the bulbs have been changed a few times of course, but everything else is original. So I doubt I'll throw them away but don't have a clue what I'll use them for afterwards LOL. I have a couple of screw in LED bulbs that have 3 flexible arms you can aim, in the storage shed, prior to installing those there were 2 very old 150 watt bulbs out there....the 2 LED bulbs really light up that shed, I have no idea how we really saw or found anything out there with those old incandescent bulbs...even at 150 watts each, it still seemed pretty dim out there. I think I have pretty much everything changed out to LEDs now except those 8 foot fluorescent fixtures on the one side of the shop....hopefully I can get those swapped out here soon....even if I installed 4 more of those LED 4 foot lights out there I think all of the LED shop lights draw less power than just those 8 foot fixtures alone.
Love the new lights.
The lighting is cool looking
Long overdue and it looks great
Good quick fix, to make the lights work for your situation.
Awesome video God Bless you and your family Amen
I've got 9 of those in my 14ftx28ft single bay garage. It's impressive! 9 draw 550 watts.
Not a bad idea for $100

You can disconnect the ballasts and use the light frames for LED bulbs. That way they stay useful .
