Personally as a fan of snowfall I didn't like the ending of snowfall at all I mean Im glad Leon and Wanda got a good ending and Gustavo got away from the long arm of the law but I wished he would of been able to get five million dollars that peaches instead plus I wish Franklin he would of taken those $12k that was left rebuild his weed business he had with his uncle Jerome and auntie Louie then by rebuilding it big enough to rebuilding a small fraction of his former realestate business by flipping 48 houses a year selling 24 of them a year and keeping 20 as rental properties and invest in commercial properties to and by Three years later would of been able to rebuild 10% of his own wealth like $10 million dollars and make $2 million dollars a year from his rental and commercial properties plus making $1.8 million dollars a year from flipping and selling houses that is what I hope his ending would of been and him raising his own son.

It was painful to watch Franklin in that state, but I was in awe of Damson Idris’ performance. He literally evolved from momma’s boy, king pin, millionaire, to alcoholic. Top tier acting
He reminded me a lot of a Denzel Washington but playing multiple Denzel characters in one I hope his career grows to become one of the greatest actors of all time
The ending was painful, but neccessary for Franklin. Unlike all other drug dramas, this one was the most poignant. No street cred, no hood martyrdom, no getaway, no gangsta death glamor, no life sentence kingpin. Franklin became the very FIEND he got rich off of. Everbody could see it but him. Not only did he lose his businesses, legal and illegal, he lost his friends & family, his community and he even lost his mind. Franklin got what was worst than death or jail. He earned his way into a literal purgatory. It was the best and most realistic ending I've ever seen for a crime drama.
I wouldn’t say he lost his mind, he’s well aware of the situation he’s in. He’s just defeated and his pride can’t accept that and move forward. All he has to do is take accountability for his actions and it’ll slowly get better from there. He’s still gifted after all. It’s just the matter of will he ever accept accountability and if so how long will it take him
He even manipulated that conversation with Leon all the way to the corner store just to get $20 out of him. Remember Leon asked where they were going and he changed the subject😂. So that’s why I say Franklin’s still in there he’s just dealing with an enemy he never tussled with before 🥃
@@Bob-eo6uh What do you think LOSING your mind is and how does it happen? Pride ALWAYS comes before the fall. Leon pitied his friend/ mentor and KNEW Franklin wasn't "coming back". His mother even understood that. There are many "gifted" people who have lost their mind due to the consequences of their choices and life experiences. Franklin just became an empty shell of himself. Where and what does rehab look like for a defeated Kingpin?
@@kingsirdaboss1995 You can’t just assume his fate. He’s still breathing. He still showed he was aware of his surroundings. He still showed he can still get what he wants out of you it’s just all he wants is that bottle. Will he ever get off that bottle? Who knows. His dad got off. You making it seem like he’s completely gone coocoo
@@mrsmaul2010 still wasn’t underrated at all in terms of what you named you don’t know the viewership count because it’s not always accurate and with mainstream the cast went on big platforms to promote it and a lot of people watch it
I hate when ppl use the word underrated so loosely. Most talked about black show on this level in decades and just because your vocabulary searches for a word that you think compliments it doesn't make it fact therefore say this is an opinion. Not a great one but an opinion nonetheless
“When your primary goal is to survive to save your ego, you can never thrive. However, as long as you are nurturing who you are, you will not only survive but you also will thrive.” -Wired for success, programmed for failure (book). It reminds me a lot of what I got from the shows hidden theme: Your character and beliefs are like a thermostat. They regulate your actions the same way a thermostat regulates the temperature in your home. External conditions change, rich/poor vs summer/winter, but what you really believe in your core will always bring you back to your true baseline. What/how you perceive and interact with the world is really your beliefs playing out. That’s why in the “what if” episode, Franklin & Teddy still met and would’ve ended up in same position. Not because of fate, but because of what they believed to be true about themselves and other people. Franklin in episode 1, was the same as he was in final episode, same with Leon. They might’ve done things that where outside their character (run hot/cold) along the way, but their beliefs played out in every choice along the way. The same pridefully arrogant Franklin that manipulated his interaction with Jerome to get into the game, was same mastermind manipulator that shows up in final episode. I forgot who said it, maybe Manboy, but Franklin “always think you smarter than everybody else, that’s the problem”. When Leon first knocks at the door, you see how quickly Franklin thinks of a way to control the interaction. He pauses, looks around, looks down at his clothes and formulates a plan. He does most of the talking during their walk, Leon is basically following Frank to an undisclosed location. Franklin even gives him a new nickname. Those are power/control moves. Even the shots he took at Wanda and her “first love” were a warning to Leon that she will always be an addict; as if Franklin was still in a position to be giving advice. Now look at how humble Leon was & how dedicated he was to protecting people and honoring their choices. It was the same throughout the last season, as it was to the first. He didn’t try to force Wanda to stay, he didn’t force Jerome & Louie to forgive Franklin, he didn’t force Franklin to get help. He respected Cissy’s choice to kill Teddy and leave the money. And because his pride never acted like he knew better than anyone, he was able to learn from all the bad choices around him. Anytime you try to divorce your actions from your identity, you reduce yourself to an animalistic/survivor mindset. That’s how we see Franklin act so violent and outta control, and Leon remain patient. Frank justified his actions because of what he was getting. Leon considered his actions because of what he was becoming. Franklin always wanted more than he had, Leon always wanted to be better than he was. That’s a huge difference that lead to different outcomes. Leon risked everything he had for the people around him, and Franklin risked everyone around him to get what he wanted. The show was so much deeper than just dope in the 80’s.
With all that being said I still can’t seem to fully understand the way Leon ended up because before Franklin ask him for more money Leon was having a conversation about looking for a new plug. Now if you so called a changed man trying do right why go look for a new plug even if it’s for a good cause. He should’ve look somewhere else that legit to bring more money in to fix community; a community he had a hand in for destroying it. He wasn’t really 2 feet into being legit. Then help me understand why did it take for Franklin to hit way rock bottom for Leon to offer help? At the point in Franklin head it’s to late what’s done is done I lost the properties I had left that I needed help on years ago. Also Leon could never see that Cissy was playing with Leon head because he always had mother problems. Notice the bs talking that Cissy tried to do with Jerome and Franklin it never worked on them. If her reason in killing teddy was because of Alton then it’s bad reasoning because he chose to go air out the CIA and him as a former black panther and cissy know as well that when you do that then you know what’s coming next that was Alton fault. I always felt like with decision Alton made though he sober up from being a drunk got his act together and sorta picked up where he left off before he became a drunk, in his mind he had nothing to lose when he air out the CIA and in they eyes they took out a threat. Alton redeemed himself made peace with it and went out like the few panthers we know today
Cuz this is everything she’s seen since the beginning but yet she couldn’t stop it…you could read the contempt in her face and the deadness in her eyes…after everything that has been done, she still couldn’t save her family.
So glad you brought up that Uncle Tom thing! He worked for “the man”, played the game, destroyed not only his community but his families and friends lives from beginning to end, never once took accountability for it til the bitter end, AND let “the man” take it all back. People mad at Sissy but I think she did the best thing for him. I’m not gonna say Franklin didn’t earn that money but Teddy McDonald basically played the Devil in this.… this show is deep on so many levels it’s up there with the Wire, psychologically and spiritually
Franklin even Stated how the McDonald's Company took the revolution of the burger making process and stole the name taking everything. And Teddy's name literally has McDonald in it.
Such a sad and heartbreaking ending it was. Franklin really couldn't take responsibility for his own downfall. Let alone understand Cissy's feelings at the end of it all. Great show from the start to finish. 👏👏
@@IWontGetNotisToYourReplyLOLhe’s lowkey not wrong tho, Louie, Alton, and Cissy had a huge part in his downfall, not saying Franklin isn’t responsible for his own demise but those 3 especially had a huge role in it.
This was a heartbreaking end to the story but also the proper one. Franklin ends up trapped in a hell of his own making. He ruined his neighborhood, his family, and many lives. Now he’s his father, which is the last thing he wanted to be.
Masterful commentary , Franklin’s demise was caused by his own greed for the money and was willing to turn on everyone for it including oso who’s forever invited to the cookout for staying solid since season one I’m going to miss this show and I look forward to the spinoff
Very poetic ending and a nice call backs to the first episodes as you said such as the 12,000 dollars he found in the safe being the same Avi asked him for and wanting to be free... Well he is free now
I feel like thing we can learn from that last scene wit Franklin and Leon is this “Respect your old heads when they say they was the man bck in the day a lot of em really was maybe not on a Franklin saint level but they were definitely doin good at one point in life
I get what u mean physically. But mentally i dont think he will ever get clean..hes lost way too much. Getting sober would mean dealing with reality. I think he WANTS to punish himself and be alone :(
@@jumb0shr1mp6 true but lee gon look after him I think ion think he gon leave after this last convo also he runs a rehab organization he won’t give up on him that easy
Certainly not from a wealth perspective, but Alton and Franklin were both sabotaged by government entities until there had nothing left to give, or live for. It’s why both of their fates played out similarly in the aftermath of government contact.
Great vid as usual. The ending made me want to watch the whole show over and just going through season 1 its so much scenes I forgot and stuff that connected to seasons 5 and 6. Snowfall 10/10 man
I loved the character Franklin so much. I hope that like his father, Franklin gets sober and builds a good life for himself. I don't see this as an ending for Franklin, but a new beginning . Hope his new clean life is a source of pride for Cissy. Hope they form a new bond. Hope Franklin will be able to see his young son, and be a man his son can be proud of. I see goog thimgs i Franklin"s future.
I hope so too, his always a fighter I know he will find a way and not give up......and we should all agree before all of this drug money he was innocent boy with ambition and good heart
It was a sad episode, seeing what Franklin has become, what he sunk to. How his greed was is downfall. Just Tragic. Snowfall and Franklin Saint will go down in history as one of the greatest with some of the best character development of all time. Damson Idris delivered an Oscar worthy performance.
I know some men that turned out like Franklin. It's sad to see, but it was a choice they made on their own. Man....in these shows it seems our protagonist never come out clean or alive smh. Brilliant conclusion and video bro✊🏿.
It's too bad Franklin didn't control his money. I see the similarities in the black community. We all need to do a better job supporting black banks and credit unions, at the very least by moving our emergency savings there. Black banks have 1 dollar for every 20 that Hispanic banks have, but we have the same population roughly. Imagine how much better the black community would be doing if we all had an extra 20 in our pockets on straight reserve, not counting whatever other business accounts etc we might have. It doesn't sound like much but on aggregate, its huge.
I understood using off-shore banks to clean his money, but I was shocked to find out Franklin didn't have a shit-load off hard-core cash stowed away for an emergency -- unless I missed something...
Yeah he had a year bewteen season 4 and 5 where he had a pilots liscence and over 70m's. For him to not have some shit stashed away overseas is a right error/ lazy omission to force an ending.
@@nbafan784 He didnt have some of his own money stashed which I agree is weird but after he went broke he did steal millions from his uncle. I doubt it wouldve mattered if he had his own stash, he wasted the money he took from his uncle, he wasted what he had left chasing his real wealth.
Cissy was heartbroken over Franklins outcome. She lost her good nature son. She could’ve waited 10 more seconds for Teddy to get the password but I think she felt like Franklin was lost already. I don’t think she should’ve shot Teddy till he gave her son the money. But she use her emotions to dictate her mood and her actions when Teddy told her he had chopped up her husband that was the last straw
Damn, your view that freedom monologue cleared the smoke up. Snowfall hit close but I never could pinpoint why. I used to be ambitious and hungry, now I find myself close to Franklins point. It truly does seem like the last thing I can control. No chains from a 9-5, not being tied down to a location, and no pressures from society. But its a lonely path because I wouldn't wanna put anyone thru it with me. Truthfully, its as you said, IT IS a TWISTED perspective of freedom.
Not if you walk away with no numbing aid(alcohol & drugs). Completely of your own free will. With the discovery of both sides of life(). Highest and lowest.
Why does everyone say Franklin was greedy when Leon went right back to the game when he back from Africa. Franklin was brilliant and made no bad moves other than not have his bank statements in a hidden location away from his house. But who saw Teddy making that move?
1 thing I see is the need to control your money. Support black banks and credit unions by putting some of your emergency funds in a savings account there. There's a reason why they have always attacked black centers of business and wealth.
the one thing you might be missing in this breakdown is the leadership perspective. You know why the military works? Because people follow orders for a unified goal. Street teams never work because everyone has their own thought, ambition, goal and that opens a lot of weak points. So for Franklins view it was all good and everyone was making money and coming up until everyone went off plot, off plan and that fucked his game up. After his game got jacked up no one wanted to fall in line again. Franklins real downfall was that single property and needing to hang onto it so badly, needing to fit into this other world so badly. Had he simply shored up his losses when he still could have then everything would have been fine for him Cissy never accepted or overcame anything.. Her actions were greed and an attempt to absolve herself from her past sins with Franklin. She didnt think about or care about anyone else involved just herself and her own absolution and her own revenge. So maybe Franklin got his traits from her in the end.. Remember, she went after her own goals more than once and screwed up the team.
I think if Veronique wouldve talked to him before trying to sell spring street behind his back, he would've cut his losses. But his reaction to perceived betrayal and then the subsequent fallout led him to believing spring Street was all he had left.
it was a wild ride but the ending was the most realistic ending ive seen thanks rudy for all your videos ive been watching since you started doing snowfall and I continue to watch your power videos 💯
Love the content. Love the breakdown of Franklin's character and ending. But, it's some hypocrisy with Cissy, Leon and V. I'll still stand on Cissy selfishness. Her decision to kill Teddy was about getting justice for Alton. It was about Franklin. After thier disagreement she decided she didn't want him to have the money. Knowing full well, he been chasing that since season 5. He even was willing to use himself as bait to get it back. Shit, V was all in agreement with him torturing Teddy. The fact she meaning Cissy wanted him to just hand Teddy over to Ruben( someone they couldn't trust, that she brought to Franklin). I could go on and on😂 but I won't. Anyways, keep up the great work.
I know Franklin's mom wouldn't have wanted it but I feel like Leon should have given Franklin that money. When everyone turned their back on Leon it was Franklin who had Leon's back. It was Franklin who was responsible for all the money Leon made in the end and It was Franklin who pulled Leon out of depression after he killed that kid by mistake. Shit, the money Leon made through Franklin is what helped Wanda stay in rehab. I'm not saying Leon hasn't come through for Franklin too but there is no question Leon owes Franklin a lot. Now I know Franklin's mind was slipping and giving him that money could have made it worse but if you consider how Franklin turns out in the end, does it really matter? At least with that money Franklin has a chance to rebound. In the end Leon not giving Franklin that money felt more like Leon not wanting to be responsible for whatever Franklin does with that money. I know a ton of arguments could be made to go against mine but I just feel like if your best friend desperately needs your help and you have the means to help then you do it. I also find it fucked up for Leon to tell Franklin he isn't gonna give him the money. Yet, when he gets back from Africa and sees how Franklin's life has fallen apart now he wants to offer him money to get his life in order and offers him a job. My man got all the money he will ever need and is basically rubbing it in Franklin's face. I know Leon isn't trying to do that at all but it could easily be seen that way especially by Franklin.
He should've just given greedy selfish ass Franklin all of his 3 million? A desperate man that already started losing his $$ and assets. Plus wait YEARS to get paid back? He already gave him 500k damn
@@jumb0shr1mp6 That is pretty much what I'm saying. Give him the money than bounce to Africa. Whatever Franklin does is on him at that point and I have a clear conscience. I totally understand where you are coming from and you aren't wrong if you're gonna look at it from that angle. However, I'm looking at it from a ride or die sngle. I could see if this was some guy that Leon knew some years in the past who randomly popped up looking to hustle Leon for money but this is his best friend, greedy or not in this moment Franklin needs a lifeline. He knows Franklin was fucked over and by all means has the right to be furious. If I saw all of that go down, I would be far more open to giving him the money he needs. Given how things turned out for Franklin in the end, there really isn't much further down for him to go out side of the grave. And with his fractured mind and heavy drinking he is on his way to that box.
@@supersizesenpai Franklin became teddy. N thought it was because of him Leon was rich. Same way teddy looked at Franklin. Teddy believed that if it was for him Franklin wouldn’t have an money.
@supersizesenpai I agree with you. Leon could've at least gave him a mil, because I believe he had more than the 3 he told him he had. Leon definitely owed Saint that much.
The whole couple scenes where teddy was tied up and franklin was confronting Leon and sissy saying he will never give up on the money🔥🔥 man Damson played that role so well!!
Can you do a video on this ending about the cycles repeating? Something I noticed too…towards the end of the show the remaining characters represented almost a repeating cycle…. - Franklin became his father, revolutionary mind turned alcoholic, dooming his son to the same fate. A distant or non-existent relationship with his son and ex-fiancé. - Leon and Wanda became the new Jerome and Louie. Ex-gangster and former crackhead trying to turn the page on both of their lives, despite the community still knowing about them.
Hands down what a performance by Damson idris. He was already teddy stole his money. And he would of course have it possibly if cissy didn't kill teddy. He really began to lose it once veronique took everything. Little by little you see the downward spiral. It took him to hit rock bottom and lose alot to realize he had to reflect. Very sad how this went down for him..smart brotha but all of this left him broken. People stole from him and he lost everyone except Leon. Leon tried to dp everything he can to help Franklin. It hurt leon to see his best friend like this. Franklin telling him acknowledge leon as his best friend, yeah that got me emotional. I hope with the spinoff of damson not a part of, they mention him in some capacity who knows. What a ride for Snowfall
In the beggining of the show Franklin dad is an homeless broken man with an alcohol problem and then he get back up with a purpose and at the end of the show Franklin is just like is father but only 26yo so he will get back up so to me the end is not the end of Franklin Saint. He will find an other purpose
This is what happens when you make that fast money at a young age. I know plenty of guys that made hella money illegally at a young age. By 30 they were either broke or in jail.
Franklin Saint was the demise of the Saint family. Franklin need to take accountability for his actions and not blame Cissy for his actions .Franklin became the person that he hated the most his father Alton. Franklin will continue the vicious cycle of not being in his son's life.
The thing is, he sunk further than Alton ever did. Alton spent his life fighting for a better life for his community, Franklin spent his life destroying his community. At least Alton had some sense of honour when he was at rock bottom.
This is why you stay away from alcohol especially in hard times. Alcohol, drugs and addiction will damage you and unfortunately leave you like Franklin saint. Sad but its a lesson.
Thank you. I've seen comments that believed Franklin when he told Leon he was happy and free at the end. How the hell is he happy?? He's begging his friend for $20 so he can get drunk.
If Franklin ended up getting killed off or going to prison, it would have been predictable and cliche. This was a good way to end the series, although him getting hooked on crack himself wouldn't have been too far-fetched. Anyway, it was a great and legendary show. Everyone did their thing and all deserve Emmy nominations, hopefully I see them all (particularly Damson Idris) in big movie roles one day!
I felt sorry for Franklin at his rapid spiral out of control. I felt real sad when his jerry curled uncle Louis died. Finally the end game me great respect for Leon- man boy. I was really sad at the last episode to the extent that I had to self convince myself that it’s just a show and not real. Couldn’t get myself to rewatch the grand finale. Happy Oso moved on and created a new life for himself
There are a lot of Franklins on the streets. The dudes on the block that can’t stop talking about their glory days & the bum on the corner asking for a quarter
Although I was kinda rooting for him in the end and get that 37 million, he got exactly what he deserved. I realized I was just rooting for unborn child. Some fates are worse than death
I still don't understand why Franklin didn't " deserve " the money..Amazed that everyone turned their back on him...Its funny that Franklin always said"I don't give up my people" yet they gave up on him.
I love the ending of Snowfall, cause every gangster movie I've seen ends with the main character getting shot to death, I like that snowfalls ending S6 finale was very unique.
Within the scope of the show, Franklin had a horrific ending. But honestly, I feel like beyond the show he was moment of clarity away from going to rehab and starting his life over. He was way too intelligent and skilled to stay down like that if he didn’t want to. If anything, we could’ve worked his way into a career as a pilot for private plane clients. Who knows?
Facts. The majority of scenes with Franklin talking ABOUT his father or TO his father, he loses his shit completely. He had love and a fierce hatred for his Dad that, IMO, drove his ambition, greed, pride. It’s almost like that fueled his imagination that he was being righteous and helping his family and community. And it was his secret greatest fear to become his Dad. Though it was all so crazy. How could putting drugs into your community be any different from seeing your Dad become a homeless alcoholic? This was a great show…so thought provoking
Yes, Franklin too a dreadful downfall. And I have to admit that this was the most amazing TV series I have ever seen in a long time. It effected my life in so many ways that I even came up on a idea for another episode!! It's a book that I have been working on that fits this next season perfectly!!
Idk y but Franklin could do no wrong in my eyes. I was on his team to the very end. Those last few episodes were hard to watch. Dude got jacked so many times 😂 like how many fortunes can u loose bro
It so sad and it makes me cry to see how Franklin became I keep scream at a tv tell him why you give up you're hero it just the big downfall for a new rise and better change than to end with that bottle.....I know to some of you see him as a greed men but I think he wasn't that selfish because he want best for his family and want change for better life....and why no one talk about V?
Just finished today..mannn broke my heart to see how frankie ended up but realistically there was never gonna be a happy ending for him he was too gone that was the point
I won’t lie to you unlike Franklin I wouldn’t be afraid to start over again fuck it if I die or go to jail that’s what it is I know it would’ve been harder because the laws changed in the late 80’s early 90’s but hell plenty of crews formed around then and started getting money I wouldn’t have trusted teddy with my money either I would’ve stashed millions away in places only I knew I wouldn’t have put all my eggs in one basket and tbh Franklin could’ve started over and probably got it all back just off the strength of who he is I’m sure his reputation counts for something
Wassup Rudy, I feel like Franklin won but didn’t get the spoils of victory, I compare Franklin to general toussaint louverture, haiti won the war but still til this day they don’t get the spoils of victory because they are poor and the powers that be aren’t going to help them because they lose in the war against them, you see how easy it is for majority of people to forget that haiti won the war? Or look at it in a simpler manner. You playing a video game you finally defeat the boss character at the end then as soon as whatever they bout to show you next on your completion somebody in the room trips and the power cord Unplugged. The homeless bums out here that a lot of us have heard them talking crazy the amount of money they made, cars they had, businesses they had. The reason we don’t believe them is because they have nothing to show for it but they still won. Does this make sense?
I know alot of people are upset with the ending but I think it makes alot of sense because you can have it all and be on top of the world and you can lose it all in just a blink of an eye that’s the reality of it

Was it not painful to watch him kill innocent people who wasn't in the game?
I so agree!
@@Bob-eo6uh yea he's still sane he just defeated to the point where he became a alcoholic to cope, he free from all the drama tbh.
The 12K in Peaches safe came full circle because that was the price of the first brick that Franklin bought from Avi.

This is one of the best endings to any tv show. Truly broke my heart, Snowfall was criminally underrated.
Underrated? Nah I don’t think so
@@BigBoss-kl5yn I am speaking in terms of viewership, mainstream presence
@@mrsmaul2010 still wasn’t underrated at all in terms of what you named you don’t know the viewership count because it’s not always accurate and with mainstream the cast went on big platforms to promote it and a lot of people watch it
@@TheYungPrince To you. I disagree.
The fact the no one took the time to tell you what a insightful response this was is crazy. Bc it’s so true.
Damson Idris deserves all the awards! Phenomenal performance!
When cissy got quiet, ppl still dont know why, but leon gets it
💯
@@blackbatman3152Whew 😮
Breaking bad is still the best but there was no other outcomes look how many ppl Franklin killed in cold blood and he still walks
Such a sad and heartbreaking ending it was. Franklin really couldn't take responsibility for his own downfall. Let alone understand Cissy's feelings at the end of it all. Great show from the start to finish. 👏👏
He didn’t cause his own downfall though his family did!!!

This was a heartbreaking end to the story but also the proper one. Franklin ends up trapped in a hell of his own making. He ruined his neighborhood, his family, and many lives.
Now he’s his father, which is the last thing he wanted to be.
Alton might have live that life but he died a hero trying to save his community
Every Saint had a past, while every sinner had a future.

Where that future is tho…..somewhere dark
That is the worst way to go out. From being a boss with everything to not even good enough to be a memory. Crazy ending but amazing writing.
Yep. That guy said, “Yeah, somebody’s in there.” No knowledge, care or respect that it was Saint. Deep ending
Remember in the first episode Franklin said he was after freedom, and in the final episode what does he say "I'm finally free"
"you came a long way, only thing, you went the wrong way 🎶think being broke is better" line hits different!
Masterful commentary , Franklin’s demise was caused by his own greed for the money and was willing to turn on everyone for it including oso who’s forever invited to the cookout for staying solid since season one I’m going to miss this show and I look forward to the spinoff

Im hoping this ending will bring in more fame for the show. It definitely wasn't getting enough deserved attention
I would’ve never thought Franklin would end up becoming a version of Tyrone Biggums!!!! 😂😂🤣🤣
Freeway Rick was homeless after he got outta prison. So it was kinda accurate
Franklin and Leon never found out that Ruben took out Avi.

We need a Franklin Saint character breakdown
I know some men that turned out like Franklin. It's sad to see, but it was a choice they made on their own. Man....in these shows it seems our protagonist never come out clean or alive smh. Brilliant conclusion and video bro✊🏿.
Love bro! 🙏🏾
I understood using off-shore banks to clean his money, but I was shocked to find out
Franklin didn't have a shit-load off hard-core cash stowed away for an emergency -- unless I missed something...
He did peaches stole it
Yeah he had a year bewteen season 4 and 5 where he had a pilots liscence and over 70m's.
You're right.
The Hero of this show was Wanda....she over came all that
I hate that Franklin lost everybody and everything. But i love the content man as always. 👍🏿🙏🏿
Thank you!
Had he simply shored up his losses when he still could have then everything would have been fine for him
Cissy never accepted or overcame anything..
Well said!!💯💯
I think if Veronique wouldve talked to him before trying to sell spring street behind his back, he would've cut his losses. But his reaction to perceived betrayal and then the subsequent fallout led him to believing spring Street was all he had left.
This season finale was the saddest ever
it was a wild ride but the ending was the most realistic ending ive seen thanks rudy for all your videos ive been watching since you started doing snowfall and I continue to watch your power videos 💯
Thank you so much!
This was a great ending and it was very heartbreaking seeing Franklin end up like that.

This is what happens when you make that fast money at a young age. I know plenty of guys that made hella money illegally at a young age. By 30 they were either broke or in jail.
Franklin can change any day he wants, and live a normal boring life. Considering everything he did that is beyond a blessing.
Franklin Saint was the demise of the Saint family. Franklin need to take accountability for his actions and not blame Cissy for his actions .Franklin became the person that he hated the most his father Alton. Franklin will continue the vicious cycle of not being in his son's life.
Ppl can change and ppl can snap.
Look at franklin before going to prison. Anyone can be capable of awful things.

Painful end. Avi once told Saint, "You can be whatever you want to be, which is both good and dangerous."
Yeah, the people who believed Franklin at the end when he said he's "happy" and "free" just don't get it.
This was a great narration bro 💪🏾
If Franklin ended up getting killed off or going to prison, it would have been predictable and cliche. This was a good way to end the series, although him getting hooked on crack himself wouldn't have been too far-fetched. Anyway, it was a great and legendary show. Everyone did their thing and all deserve Emmy nominations, hopefully I see them all (particularly Damson Idris) in big movie roles one day!

Snowfall was the ending we needed because this is the reality
Correct

Who knows?
Turning into his father is probably the best ending for him
That karma hit him hard 😮
He suffered from Reaping what you sow, Gal 6:7, nobody gets away from blessings or cursings.
Yes, Franklin too a dreadful downfall. And I have to admit that this was the most amazing TV series I have ever seen in a long time. It effected my life in so many ways that I even came up on a idea for another episode!! It's a book that I have been working on that fits this next season perfectly!!
Haymeyer could've given Franklin his money back..saint was scared more of him than teddy.

I hope the person franklin is based off of found god cause bruh! It could always be worse lol
Wasn’t this loosely on free way ricks life
I know alot of people are upset with the ending but I think it makes alot of sense because you can have it all and be on top of the world and you can lose it all in just a blink of an eye that’s the reality of it
Cissy is to blame for all of it. She sold out her son for revenge for Alton.
