About iSmart Shankar:
iSmart Shankar is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language science fiction action film written and directed by Puri Jagannadh, who co-produced the film with Charmme Kaur. It stars Ram Pothineni in the titular role along with Satyadev Kancharana, Nabha Natesh, and Nidhhi Agerwal. The film follows a contract killer who helps the police when a slain police officer's memories are transferred to his brain. The film is loosely based on the plot of the 2016 American film Criminal and 2017 British film iBoy. It features music composed by Mani Sharma.
The film is released theatrically on 18 July 2019. It is a commercial success, running for more than 100 days at the box office. A sequel titled Double iSmart has been announced.

But coming to suggestions for reaction to dance videos people most of the time prefer Allu Arjun, NTR and Prabhu Deva's videos.
But in career of Ram, he didn't done any high budget movie or any big memorable role so that's why people don't suggest his movies to any reaction channel.

Aaaahhhh... Drums in South India are next level. Watch Marana Mass from Petta... drum beats are next level in that. BTW, the title song from this movie is also crazy next level. Ram is a fantastic dancer.

This is a pretty funny movie actually. Directed by Puri Jagannadh. If there was a Michael Bay for underworld movies, it would be Puri Jagannadh - a meme movie that will entertain you one way or another. If you played cyberpunk 2077 this is a very similar type of movie plot wise.

I loved the female singer's voice. It is so far away from the voices of Lata Mangeshkar and her sister Asha Bhosle's high pitched soprano voices. Those two ruled the women's playback singer's roost for over half a century with over a thousand movies worth of songs each. She does remind me of some of the voices from the Indian films of the 1930s.
Also, I'm not sure it matters a whole lot, but I liked that the dance number is set at a fantasy Truck Stop/ Restaurant in Delhi. A Dhaba is a roadside open air eatery catering to the truckers, cab drivers, buses, travelers, etc. The last one I ate at, back in the late '80s, served simple dahl and roti, but it was tasty and filling. There were chaarpai's (beds with a woven rope net hammock stretched onto the frame with 4 legs - the name means 4 legs) to sit on while you balanced your plate on your knees.
We stopped at the dhaba for a plate in the middle of the night because there was a Police checkpoint about a block up the road and we were a minivan full of young men. Apparently those two componants didn't mix too well at the time. Just a week or two earlier there had been riots in the area.
Sadly, there was no dancing and singing there that night.
Interesting, I guess the break from traditional female vocals was lost on us, but makes a lot of sense! Actually, my earliest recollection of female Bollywood singing was from the mid-80s when I was Thai boxing with some friends, got knocked out and woke up to some extremely operatic female singing in the background. For just a moment there, I wondered if that was what the afterlife was like! 😂
It's funny, you reminded me of a business trip to India that a friend of mine made just before COVID. There was a dhaba near our office in Chandigarh, and my friend would eat there for lunch every day. Our boss was paranoid about the hygiene of the food, and would get a taxi back to his five star hotel instead, to eat at the restaurant there. After a week, my friend was doing great on his dhaba dahl, but our boss got incredibly sick from his restaurant food, and suffered from severe "Delhi belly" on the 12+ hour flight back to New York! 💩 He didn't get much sympathy from the rest of the company!!!

You can see what is freshly cooked and what has been off of the fire for too long. And the food will not have been dumbed down for foreigners. 😁

India is very civilized (no offense to anyone) 1000s of years ago. Not everything that is different from western music is tribal. We have so many classical musical styles we are inspired from.
Absolutely agree with you! Our point was just that we've been learning about tribal drum beats that go back thousands of years in Tamil Nadu, and we can still hear some of those influences in South Indian music today. We think it's amazing to keep these songs fresh and new, but still culturally relevant! ❤️

Telugu is evolved from Prakrit which intern based on sanskrit. Even though Telugu is classified as Dravidian based on grammar and few other things common folks don't know exactly about. But most of the Telugu vocabulary is from sanskrit.

I luv u guy's reactions, but in my opinion u don't need to put this reminder thing for every video it spoils the element of surprise. What I meant is when we see the reminder we will get excited to watch but after seeing the reminder for a whole day every time we refresh the youtube and when the video actually drops I sort of loose that excitement if u know what I mean😅...maybe jst set a fixed time u guys will upload a video and then after a while audience will know at what time to expect the video and when we suddenly see the thumbn6which include our favourite song or film we will immediately open the video rather than losing that enthusiasm by seeing the reminder for hours...😅 This is jst my opinion I mean no hate or anything, peace 😄☮️
