The only reason classic ADCs have ever been strong in recent years is because you can make the opposing adc completely useless by winning lane, not because you actually have significant strength towards the rest of their team.

Even with LD's 30% armor pen, that's still around ~50% damage reduction. botrk does 9% current health damage, which the only time we can really see the damage it does is when Ashe is in her Q (otherwise it just overlaps with AA dmg), which to a 4000 _current_ health Sion, did only 158 damage when it's supposed to deal around 360. However this is supposed to deal 133 damage if 170 armor was in play. LD's 30% armor pen would reduce Sion's armor to 120, which would make it deal the amount of damage we see here (around 160 dmg). So in conclusion Ashe did have LD (or something else to increase damage), as well as Botck and Kraken during this fight. Which kinda makes sense, considering if Sion died in like 5 seconds of combat, he wouldn't really be a tank. Also she did manage to do a little more then half his health... and well your not really meant to be focusing the tanks anyway. If none of Sion's team was their, she could probably have killed him pretty easily... so long as she kites well enough.
