He then appears to have handed down a death penalty sentence (and a requirement for the execution to be carried out by a duly qualified judge, being himself). I'd heard a rumor that Judge Rosenwasser's attorney will be filing an appeal against the death sentence decision handed down. Apparently he is just waiting on some funding from the judges estate, so that the appeal process can be adequately funded.

Judge Rosenwasser certainly appears to have summarily judged himself in relation to the allegations.
He then appears to have handed down a death penalty sentence (and a requirement for the execution to be carried out by a duly qualified judge, being himself).
I'd heard a rumor that Judge Rosenwasser's attorney will be filing an appeal against the death sentence decision handed down.
Apparently he is just waiting on some funding from the judges estate, so that the appeal process can be adequately funded.
