What is Fortnite:

REKracers the hips part is the most important, everything else is just for exact meassures but in the real game you wouldnt always have to hit a headshot
Just remember the number of lines to determine the distance lmao

Doesn’t really help if ur in a snipe fight in small bases cuz when I see someone camping in a 1by1 and if I have a sniper I build a quick 1by1 and try to snipe them I land my snipes pretty often but still I want to improve them even more and this guide won’t work if all I can see is their head

If you think that the target is over 100m then try to get the third line lined up and take the shot
of the third line is at the crotch area, shot it's way more simple that way

At 1000 meters you target will be this size unscoped ( ) and scoped he will be this size ( ) , the first line will line up with his non existant pixel, the second line will cross the air, the third line will be covering the flat earth, and the fourth line will be covering the air below the air, the difference between a 999 meter shot and a 1000 meter shot is that a 1000 meter shot has 4 numbers and a 999 meter shot has 3.
What I wanted to know was what is the difference in bullet drop when you're either on the highground, lowground and middleground
Now, as you are analysing how far away they are and what line to aim on before lining up and taking the shot... boom, you got yourself sniped for standing so still. I get that it takes practice and i get shots now and then, but it's hard on the ps4 when you are trying to carefully adjust the joy stick instead of just pointing with a mouse. Then comes in the factor of the moving targets.
I don't even play fortnite much but wow. The amount of effort put into this is beyond exceptional. You get my like and sub

Given the content, the title, and the overall simpleness yet usefulness this video contains got me to sub instantly, great work! Although, I don't know how practical this will be in game when targets are crouched behind walls and stairs and also moving around making it very difficult to discern how far away they are based on these measurements, nonetheless, well done video with great information

Actually, in the new version when playgroud came out again i’ve lined up a 467 meters shot with a semi auto sniper, The person i shot was clearly rendered but the thing that he was standing on was not rendered it looks like he is flying. So fortnite actually renders more that 284 meters

Why did you have your target stand in ankle/knee deep water for every shot? Makes it more difficult to gauge size.

You basically just need to aim at head from 50m, 100 to 150m then one tick up. 200m 1.5 tick up. 250m+ 2 tick ups

A good video but you should have pointed out where to aim if someones x distance away , and the range finding from the center of the reticule right at the tip of their head both standing and crouching

Super helpful vid! Any quick tips regarding differing altitudes? For example if I’m trying to shoot at someone on top of a hill while I’m at the bottom? Or vice versus
Working on a "Being in a Disadvantage" Guide really soon :). Already planned on having a part with someone being on top of a mountain. But a few simple tips are, if your below then make sure your building a roof because most likely your opponent will keep shooting your roof since he knows your at a disadvantage. As you rebuild use the 3rd person peeking to line up a sniper shot. Works very well. Did a 1v4 against a team with this method :). But there are more methods depending on the situation. Although everything will be explained once the video gets released. Cheers man!

Yea sure, what you say is true, but only if the enemy is on the same level as you are. If you are above or below him, it changes the whole thing.

So... Point being, more often than not the 3rd line is most likely to be at waist level, with minor adjustments
