DIY Hanging Tomato and Cucumber Baskets

gorgeous hanging baskets make a great gift and are a fantastic way to add additional gardening space to your yard, deck, apartment or condo. Don't have land to garden in? use some hanging pots.
Let's pot up some indeterminate tomatoes and cucumbers, we'll monitor to see how they look and continue to mature.... Let's do it!

thanks Alicia, Mr OSP built this for me, just to teach himself how to weld...It was very inexpensive and only took him a week even while learning. It's really just plumbing pipe and several layers of clear plastic. I am so happy with it. BTW I slip and call it a green house but it's really a High Tunnel..the differences are that Green Houses are generally heated and my High Tunnel is passively heated by the sun and the 55 gallon barrels you see in the corners are full of water which heat during the day (by the sun) and give off heat during the night. I love it for sure and love the simplicity.

Okay that watering can hanging planter is so adorable. I struggle with hanging plants but might give this a whirl next year. We did those tomato bags off our back porch one year and it kind of worked...
