Glad you guys checked them out again! Such a great song...they added this newer keyboardist/vocalist right after 'Contraband' came out and she debuted on their song 'Doomswitch'. I think you'd really like that!
with the addition of Alex they are the best Metal core band with the an album coming this year can not wait.

They were really good with their previous keyboard players, but they did level up by adding Alex IMO. This is only the second song they've put out with her, the other being Doomswitch. I think they have a new album coming out sometime this year
They're also on tour with Erra and Novelists soon here in North America, which are two of my favorite bands at the moment.

A stronger song by Make Them Suffer is "27"... a def check it out. Very djent but has a really nice melody in the chorus line.

Nailed it with the Spiritbox comparison. Probably why this song hooked me in so hard, because i love Spiritbox. The more i listen to this track the better it gets, got a couple more from them I've fallen in love with too. I will keep em coming!!! So glad you guys loved this one, its so damn good. There's just something about the heavy music complimented by a beautiful female vocalist that gets me hook line and sinker every single time.
Courtney has said they are partly influenced by MTS.

They have another song that came out in 2022 with the new keyboardist called Doomswitch. I say it goes just as hard as Ghost of Me. Highly recommend that one.

This is likely one of the bands that inspired Spiritbox, seeing that Courtney was mates with their ex pianist. Pretty wild that this band started in 2008, with much more of a modern black metal sound, and now with a modern metalcore sound. Both great eras of their music though.

Contraband isn't fantastic, I'm not overly keen on the chorus, but this is absolutely a band you should look at more.
The stuff released with their new keyboardist is fucking fire, but plenty of tracks before Contraband from their album How To Survive A Funeral are so good it's unreal. Entire album is banger after banger.
Courtney’s feature was the only memorable part. Booka was not a good singer.
