Nurses are the backbone of healthcare ❤

You mean apart of. The men who produce everything for them to just come in and do their job need love also. The water, oxygen, electricity, etc.
When things break nurses don't fix. It's a team effort and nurses play a role like everyone else.

They will make a little more than minimum wage. If you want an actual career to make decent money you have to become a Registered Nurse..

Wow, 4 hours less! And for the bag, it could've been a gift from a loved one or she saved up enough to buy herself something nice.

Yeah I woke in healthcare and I kinda do gar tired of people complaining so much about pay in some ways…like yes I do think we can get some more pay bet I see so many situations at my work alone where that complain about pay and that but really expensive and useless things on credit or just spend more then they are really taking in

Her LV bag is more than likely a Canal Street special aka a knock-off. Thousands purchase fake designers on Canal Street.

@@Shamoove yea i don’t know if people notice these days the younger generation of healthcare workers don’t have empathy towards patients. That’s why I prefer older doctors they seem to care more genuinely about patients health. The younger ones just type and type on the computer and like robots. oGs ask you questions. They want to take your blood, urine samples etc and almost feel like your bothering them cause they can’t wait to clock out lol. That’s how I feel todays new healthcare workers. It’s all about money money they make not really the service they provide.

As an RN of 30 years, it's disturbing and troubling to hear the younger nurses not mention the caring of patients to be their primary love of the profession. If you're in it for the money only, get out. We don't need nurses like that.

I can tell many of you people are not in healthcare. Nurses are the backbone in the healthcare system. We see a lot, we do a lot, and believe it or not we save lives. Being empathetic and loving what you do does not pay your bills. People think nurses should be complacent with being abused for the bare minimum. We deserve compensation that matches the stress of the job and the cost of education.

I appreciate your effort to lower hospital expenses but please go learn how the world works before you attribute blame to middle class workers. Hospitals are businesses, and your comments and kind are the reason why they're so short staffed. What is $80,000 supposed to buy you these days for jobs that requires a degree, technical social and management expertise, not to mention the stress of often being the soul person responsible for life and death situations. $80,000 with six patients like that, you can keep it
