  • Shadow boxing is the first and the best way to start learning how to box. It’s cheap, you need no equipment and can be done anywhere.
    In this video, I follow up on a previous video and give more tips on shadow boxing but focusing more on the Peekaboo boxing style.

    I've recently integrated Peak-a-boo with Muay Thai. It works as Peak-a-boo helps me to defensively and offensively get inside with angles to my advantage.
    Watching some of your footwork, twisting, and head movement videos helped to successfully put theory to practice and beyond. Thanks brutha 👍

      I don't think it's short. Tyson was around 177-178. 5'10. Many great Heavyweights Frazier, Holyfield etc were around 6ft - 6ft 1 inches tall. Keep going brother.
