There is a lot of mirroring in my situation. He is avoidant and I’m fearful avoidant. Both sides can be draining. I had toxic shame inwardly. He had toxic shame outwardly. Both are draining. Both of us had Core wounds of rejection, abandonment and betrayal. So draining. I have spent 10 years healing the above. I would hate to see myself as a vampire but I certainly had toxic traits. I don’t know your situation. Just sharing my story. I wish you and me healthy love🫶
