This guy is not a liberal or Conservative. He is a moderate, he sits in the center and does what is good for this country. That is exactly what we need. Bill clinton is a moderate, Obama is a moderate, we need such presidents who are willing to listen to both sides and then make a judgement. I am sure if the republicans are handed back the whitehouse, they will continue with de-regulation and Tax cuts to rich and that is exactly not the philosophy we need.

Also I find it really bad when the southern scumbags give every one of their house of representatives, Senators to republicans without a contest. I agree Clinton and Obama tried to reach out in the center but without a conviction of their own, they wouldnt pass those laws. But if Democrats WIN whitehouse this time, it can be pretty much said as democrats are dominating this country.
chris chavez Just because you describe yourself as something, doesn't mean that you are. Hillary Clinton has described herself as a progressive. I can assure you that she's not. Obama certainly ran as a progressive, and tends to champion progressive goals on the campaign trail, but the way he governs is far from it. The most obviously conservative policy is his new-found support of the worst provisions of the Patriot Act. Being pro-spying-on-your-own-people is an insanely far-right. Don't look at what he calls himself, look at what he does. He extended the Bush tax cuts and he's a major supporter of the TPP. He and the Clintons are what you would call neoliberals.
Luke Ferguson Thats the great thing about him. There are certainly some positive things from the right, they are not all bad. He tries to use them. If spying on your people is needed for national security, let it be that way. You say TPP will lose us the jobs, I say without TPP we will lose even more jobs. Tax cuts are a whole different ball game, it depends upon the situation of economy and also on congress.
Patriot Act can be defined as extremely liberal. Republican and conservative are not synonyms. Republicans war on drugs and domestic spying are liberal policies, Big Gov. Ill give you TPP, but he is the most liberal president ever.
you are stuck on this Obama vs Trump dynamic and let me open your mind to a 3rd, 4th, or even 5th option; -you can view Obamas presidency as less than perfect and still not support Trump. -you can view Obamas presidency as a success and still support Trump. -You can realize that Obama has many accomplishments and many failures and its OK to view them empirically and not be attached or detached to Obama or Trump.
+Tristan Williams Where'd you get that from? US unemployment rates were at 4.9% last June, which is about 7.8 million people (a little less than your 90 million) and is 0.7% lower than the average of the last 50 years. As for poverty. It is true that the official number of Americans living in poverty is at 45.3 million, or 14.5%. What you (and many organizations, so I don't blame you) fail to realize, though, is that that number is before poverty alleviation attempts. So if we take that 14.5% and apply those poverty alleviation attempts, and we reduce it with non-cash benefits (-3%), omission of refundable tax credits (-3%) you end up with a rate of 8.5%, or 26.5 million people. And you could even argue that you'll want to replace the CPI-U with the PCE-index (-3.7%), reducing the rate to 4.8%, or 15 million people. The uprising of part-time jobs was triggered by the recession. Since Obamacare was signed, full-time employment has actually increased again, and part time has dropped.

Alex van den Broek - Congratulations - you are the only one - out of hundreds pro and vs Trump commenting here who understands how it works. Even Trump - the hands on - no nonsense achiever - did not explain it so well. Obama/his biased economists - the left wing media/hollywood - of course put on the spin that the booming economy is Obama s doing - he created millions of jobs - true - his unemployment rate was low - true but!! Trump questioned Obama s unemployment rate - the left wing media, etc. - made a huge fuss - Trump never explained it well - he is not an intellectual - what he meant - the truth is - that the unemployment rate was low - because Obama considered anyone working 20/25/30 hours per week employed, even though many were getting government help, food stamps, free gov. healthcare, etc. - highest # of americans on food stamps/gov. aid, in history. Also, the economy grew at 1/1.5% under Obama - very low - because most jobs created were low paying - so Trump - the businessman - hands on - practical - bottom line - pres. - called every CEO to the W.H. - of major high tech corp. - and asked - how do we grow the economy right away to 3/4%?? - the CEO s said - eliminate a list of regulations - he did thru ex. order - reduce corp. tax from 35% to around 20% - he promised - then did to 21%. Result?? Within months the economy was growing at 3% - as CEO s hired more people - high tech - high paid jobs - brought back great jobs outsourced by Clinton/Bush/Obama under bad trade agreements. Stock market at all time high - consumer confidence thru the roof - sales of goods and services thru the roof, etc. 8 trillion in new wealth created in 11 months. Economists biased for Obama go on CNN and lie!! They know very well that what you said is 100% true. In fact - the quality of the jobs is more relevant - than the quantity. A perfect example is China - under a communist economy - the unemployment rate was basically zero - everyone worked for the government. But wages were very low. So the economy hardly grew. Now - moving to a private economy millions work for private corp. - earn higher wages - there is now unemployment - but the economy grows at 7% - highest rate in the world.

Thereby she graduated without any debt and had come to the US and works with us (Americans) here with a terrific credit background. Try to do that here in the US, it'll cost $200 just to attend a decent University, there's not a lot of folks even who could "struggle" to pay that kinda money out of pocket. Think it over That's American's greatest issue because we still need these professions but they'll be filled by highly trained and educated immigrants while Americans dream of the good old days. At least it's beneficial for some folks like my lovely wife.

I am sure if the republicans are handed back the whitehouse, they will continue with de-regulation and Tax cuts to rich and that is exactly not the philosophy we need.
Luke Ferguson I agree democrats are a bit on defensive in the last few decades.
Obama is a self described "progressive" meaning he's far left of center.
While senator he was seeing purple for about a year.
chris chavez Just because you describe yourself as something, doesn't mean that you are.

Tax cuts are a whole different ball game, it depends upon the situation of economy and also on congress.

-You can realize that Obama has many accomplishments and many failures and its OK to view them empirically and not be attached or detached to Obama or Trump.

Trump or Hillary, any deviation from Obama's policies will be a disaster.
Tristan Williams sure do you have his phone number. Smh

It's a good argument. However, kinda disappointed that even Obama (I) only talks about the quantity of jobs, not the quality, and (II) does not question the biggest myth of all, namely that larger economic output / economic growth is THE best solution to everything. Firstly growth simply means buying and selling more on the whole. The benefits do not in any way have to be evenly distributed among people. Secondly there are always losers to growing output, if it's not US citizens, it's other people, it's biodiversity or it's the environment in general.
Result?? Within months the economy was growing at 3% - as CEO s hired more people - high tech - high paid jobs -
brought back great jobs outsourced by Clinton/Bush/Obama under bad trade agreements.

Try to do that here in the US, it'll cost $200 just to attend a decent University, there's not a lot of folks even who could "struggle" to pay that kinda money out of pocket.
Think it over
That's American's greatest issue because we still need these professions but they'll be filled by highly trained and educated immigrants while Americans dream of the good old days.
At least it's beneficial for some folks like my lovely wife.
My president #Obama
Obama is the MAN! I love this guy he's so smart, and so real. Democrat's 2016!
ruclips.net/video/J9ixOsjut3E/видео.html
So real? He's a huckster. Go look at the economic indicator charts. Go listen to all the predictions Obama made about Trump's presidency. He's a short sighted fool who only pushed the left agenda for progression towards socialism through classic Alinsky radicalization.
oh i just love him, fk you idiot

Ugh why can't we have a third term for obama, much prefer him over anyone else this election cycle except for maybe bernie :/
Yeah cause withdrawing from Iraq abruptly is showing to be such a wise move. Go Obama
I find you quite funny Chris.. You have written your opinion over and over again in this comment section as if that proves your point.. It just makes you look like an angry fool that can't handle the fact that all the bullshit you have been fed by fox over the past 8 years just got debunked..
Here is a fact for you my friend.. Obama has tried to do more for the people of America than any other president EVER...
The internet is your friend in this case, i'm sure even you can find a list of Obama's acomplishments and compare them to any other president ever.. It's quite amazing how much he has managed to do in 8 years..
No wonder his hair went grey..
Why, what is wrong with Jill Stein?
Can you think of one good thing that Trump will do.
Michelle would divorce him if he ran again.
Wow!!!
He is brilliant. He makes Trump look like a buffoon!

Give me a buffoon any day over a intellectual but corrupt politician any day
Trump makes trump look like a buffoon
you can start eating your pathetic words too idiot , what a fn loser

Too bad you don't even have a mind to control
Tom Price Seriously, what’s wrong with you people?
for their wrongdoing

Thanks Obama!
The less heard, seen the better🙏🏿👵🏿
10:34 Hmmm.
Certain groups say what they want even if it was not true. But if they really looked at "real" facts they would know that with what he had when he entered and in spite of a congress that just said "NO" in my opinion he has been a SUCCESS.....
Zero % Interests rates, $19 trillion, QE, ISIS, Obama Care......Success?
YES YES YES Chris......you all are in the bubble........I love when my right friends complain but their stock portfolios have done nothing but go UP during Obamas term too.......
Sounds like a bubble to me; stock prices up at record highs without justification or sustainable earning to back it up.
Also the middle class and below own less than 80% of only makes up the stock market, which is primarily Big Wall Street Money and the 1/10th of the 1%. So yes he has helped the elite but stock market performance is not equivalent of the over "Health" of the economy.
Been going up over the past 5 yrs....let's find some more things that are Obama' Fault even if he wasn't in the White House.
Yeah we buy that flat screen TV for a couple hundred bucks from China that lasts for a couple of months.
paying more to have some made does not mean it would be any better, you Americans love your iphones. while the company is American, it shit is made in China.
You Americans would not change anything. Planned obsolescence. Especially in capitalistic America products would be build with small live time to sell more and more.
You have no warranty in the US? In Germany, the manufacturer has to repair it or send you a new product if it breaks within two years.
@@tiefensucht Is that WHY you can't PAY your share FOR NATO???
@@jeffschlarb4965 You are an good example why it's a bad idea to cut spending on education and put all the public money into the military & intelligence services.
I love how Obama’s uses FACTS in his speeches. He obviously does his homework before speeches unlike Trumps “make it up on the fly” types of speeches. Obama fact checks every statement while trump just says what sounds truish.
scotthebruce2 the real truth is that of course deregulation will help companies make money. No one is debating that. The thing is those regulations exist for good reasons. I won’t believe your “economy has grown 40%” till you give a source because I find that extremely hard to believe. And also, the economy has been growing throughout both terms of Obama’s presidency. All of Obama’s efforts don’t end as soon as he leaves office; it’s silly and ignorant to believe that. Also, when I said the FACTS Obama gives as oppose to trumps fake news, Obama gives verifiable facts. Trump on the other hand says shit like “I have the greatest approval rating among African Americans” when in reality his approval is only 8%. Don’t vote for a party vote for policy.
Facts? hardly
@@jeffschlarb4965 saying "nuh-uh" isn't an argument bro
Clever man...doesnt use the blow up in debt at all
Trump: I did really really good as a matter of fact I did really good. I'm just going to pat myself in the back. The stock market is at its highest because of me...I'm still patting my own back by the way. I'm doing such a great job my back is getting sore because I'm still patting it. I blame the stock market for my back hurting because I did a great job.
WAKE THE HECK UP AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh I'm awake with ya!! The Delusional Dems on the other hand. ruclips.net/video/J9ixOsjut3E/видео.html
Bruhh wtf what’s he’s talking about in his third myth is happening now 🧐😳
Because Trump led the nation to go back in time. The Republicans did all they could to undo all the progresses a black president made. How heartbreaking. Look at the result. We need to rebuild the nation back up. Vote for Biden in Nov (anyone but Trump)
You can agree more or less with his politics but he is fucking brilliant. I love him.
He did the all by DOUBLING THE NATIONAL DEBT (please don't bother telling me he reduced the deficit - that is liberal doubletalk - the national debt still DOUBLED).
But are economy has grow more...
He likes to use "selective disinformation"
have you done the real research besides right wing fox or talk radio, you lose buddy
+chris fearless at the end of Bush Presidency the national debt was $10.63 trillion dollars and is projected to be anywhere between $20-$21 trillion by the end of the Obama administration.
try cleaning up a mess .......like the bush era...your wrong. period. stop listening to talk radio and learn the facts
