I tried 2 tabs p11 pro gen 2. Both not working correctly. Pen works for 95% of time then it intermittently doesn't respond at all. It's not precise. Sometimes it writes a milimeter away from the contact point, Sometimes not. Sometimes its accurate, and Sometimes Completely not accurate. My old s-pen on Samsung note 9 works much better and its 5 years old!
There is also a grey variant of this pen original with Lenovo box. I saw it on AliExpress. Is this fake ?. Cause they advertising as original Lenovo precision pen 3 compatable with Lenovo Tab P 11 Pro Gen 2

I'm a student and want a Tab mainly for seamless writing experience. Only one thing which is making me skeptical is will the Tab S8(Base version) come with a new 2.4ms latency Spen ? Some youtubers confirm that S8 ultra will have the new 2.4ms Spen ! I have my budget restricted for around 700USD and for which I'm getting the S7+ version. So please please suggest me what should I do ? Will the 9ms and 2.4ms(If new Spen comes to S8 Base version) Spen bring a huge improvement in the writing experience? Or should I take the risk and go with S7+ Eagerly waiting for your reply.
I don't think the difference between 9ms vs 2.4ms is that noticeable in real life. But Tab S8 is not out yet so I can't say much. 9ms is still really fast.
