What a delightful video. For me, special as I lived in New Zealand for 35 odd years and had quite a number of friends and neighbours who came from the Cook Islands. New Zealand is a beautiful country. Over the years we’d end up flying through Auckland to get to those South Pacific islands so I’ve spent some time in New Zealand.
Would not have guessed Atiu is known for coffee, interesting. Nice that they did a 'luau' just for y'all. Renting mopeds sounds like fun--crab & pig traffic, haha!

They have really good coffee. The coffee likes the soil there but the island is so small that it’s hard to find their coffee. Have a good week
We have our own version of luau. Although atiuans and hawaiians are close cousins.
