I just wanted to say a special thank you to all of you on today of all days. I have just come in from the funeral of my father. He's actually my father-in-law but he was more of a father to me than my own. And what do you know I got a notification from my favorite chateau. I will admit I'm watching this video through tears. But I feel just a little less sad and a little less lonely at least for a few minutes today. Thank you! ❤️
The animals always find their way to Selmar. Animals know a kind soul when they find one. I love how much he cares for the animals. An absolutely gentle man and a perfect fit for such a beautiful group of people.

I love that she knows the history of each item and when she wore it. Clearly Steph associates clothing with her good memories and sad memories, such as her dress she wore to her fathers funeral from the precious vlog.
Genetics and not having children helps too. Her hips have not change from birthing. Keep a nice figure and it comes natural to you and to be honest the green jumpsuit ensamble looked a little tight, eventhough she still could get in it.
I was going to say the same! I think you need to wear a mask specifically for tiny particles like the silica found in stones. You can get silicosis from stone dust.

There's a new trend in the Netherlands that charities (stichting in dutch) are started were you can exchange clothes, so you get points for the clothes you bring, they must be in good condition, no holes or stains. The points you can use to 'buy' clothes in their store. It's especially great for baby and kids clothes!
we have the buy nothing project. it is done by neighborhood. you just give away what you dont use and whoever needs it gets it for free. you can also lend stuff.
I'm sure Stephanie doesn't see the volunteers as her "staff" but helping guests...and yes she's very blessed to have attracted such talented and hardworking angels!
Stephanie does spend a lot of time in her room as that is where her desk is where she edits the vlogs which take a lot of time. I work with editing software and I know how long it takes to get it right for a 30 minute episode.

I have just settled down to watch my favourite vlog as it leads me into tomorrow and my 60th birthday. With the lockdown in the UK I cannot go anywhere to celebrate or see family and friends so it will just be me and my partner for the big day. It is so wonderful to see the recycling going on at your chateau. It is so reminiscent of the old days when everything was used, passed on to others or reimagined into other useful things.
An idea for the pool table as my family did something similar to ours, put a large flat piece of wood on top, it doesn't need to be fancy as there are always table cloths, and it doesn't need to be strapped to the pool table, but I am sure Selmar can create a way to secure the plywood type of wood to the pool table without screws to damage the pool table, and now you have a really big dinner table with space to pull up a chair and if its a little too tall you can get new chairs with longer chair legs, or a narrow piece of plywood with table cloth and now you have a big buffet or sideboard. You can keep the pool table and repurpose it for bigger dinner parties.

Fabulous tonight, i grew up in the eighties and i remember borrowing my brothers grey bowie suit which had shoulder pads and wearing it with my dads white shirt and putting my grandmother's broach and set of pearls with it and the biggest earings i could find,i still have a pair of dungarees i bought when I was eighteen and wore them through both my pregnancies 😀i haven't the heart to give them away 🤗🤗🤗🦃🌻💓

Selmar is the most wonderful man at the start of chipping the stone I thought of Michelangelo how funny Stefanie said the same thing. Stefanie you must do a clear out every year so much comes in you need to share your joy with the world not only the vlogs but with items too. A trick with clothing turn the hangers around with the Hooks backwards when you wear the item hang it up with the hooks regularly that way end of year clean out you see what you never wore and it is to be passed on.

Fabulous tonight, i grew up in the eighties and i remember borrowing my brothers grey bowie suit which had shoulder pads and wearing it with my dads white shirt and putting my grandmother's broach and set of pearls with it and the biggest earings i could find,i still have a pair of dungarees i bought when I was eighteen and wore them through both my pregnancies 😀i haven't the heart to give them away 🤗🤗🤗🦃🌻💓
Stephanie: You have the loveliest wardrobe. This episode has been my favorite of the past few months. I was so enjoyable to see the ladies trying on your "discards" and looking lovely. It is nice to see that these beautiful clothes are going to have a second life with people about whom you care greatly.
I wear dresses like that pretty much daily because life is too short to wait for a special day to wear pretty clothes 😘 so don't think about others. If you feel beautiful in something then just wear it... Even if u are just going to a bakery

Selmar is the most wonderful man at the start of chipping the stone I thought of Michelangelo how funny Stefanie said the same thing. Stefanie you must do a clear out every year so much comes in you need to share your joy with the world not only the vlogs but with items too. A trick with clothing turn the hangers around with the Hooks backwards when you wear the item hang it up with the hooks regularly that way end of year clean out you see what you never wore and it is to be passed on.

What a fun way to spend an evening! I am laughing along with all of you while curled up with my dog. How many people can get into their clothes from when they were a teenager let alone still have them! DOes.anyone think Marie looks like a Seraphim angel. Her face is so stunningly beautiful and then has such a sweet innocence to it when she smiles. So glad you all have eachother.
So exciting- the fashion show!! Loved seeing all of the dresses on everyone- Lalande has really inspired me to look for more dresses to wear even if it’s just around the house 🌸. And I just love all of the winter projects and the magic of Selmar.
