She admits she torched his car and property, and she’s suing for the cost of a car. The defendant admits he made mistakes and regrets cheating, but he says he changed. He’s countersuing for property damage and harassment.

I’m glad they’re civil & cordial for the sake of their child I’m not condoning his cheating but,I’m glad he’s a stand up man/good father to his children that’s most important. @@darrenbennett9132 It's called judicial discretion and is the power granted by law. I just recently saw a case where the judge was so biased against a woman, that I couldn't stomach him for a while. Judicial discretion can work in favor of anyone at any time regardless of race, creed, color, or gender.
Even worse than the judge giving him the excuse that he wasn't ready b/c he was young (as if someone forced him to start a family, move in, & play house when he chose to do that) but even worse is the delusional pickmeishas there working against their own best interest co-signing the foolishness and enabling guys like him that they shouldn't have to grow up when they become parents even though women even younger are expected to do just that (grow tf up).

Sometimes I be wondering why I watch this man’s show. JM never wants to hold men accountable for their actions claiming the plaintiff can’t force him to settle down when he’s the one who came back and could use his mouth to say he doesn’t want anything serious he’s not a teenager anymore. 22 is a young age for a man & a woman to settle.. both still young and have a lot to live, learn & discover themselves. We need to stop using the excuse “women mature faster then men” when it’s only really because men are babied/applauded while women are held more accountable for their actions so we mature faster due to that not anything else but how we are raised.
