What it’s like eating horse liver at an izakaya in Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture.

I had a nice dinner at a local pub in Takasaki just outside Takasaki station in Gunma. I also had to cook my own food. This is how you do it in Japan. The horse liver was very delicious! It was the first time I have ever tried it.

wow !美味しいそう！I cant wait to go back there again, I dont know how I survived in Tokyo 3 weeks eating vegan but I have been considering lately to modify my diet, and overseas the food looks so good, Im literally drooling.
